| The room was clean and comfortable, front desk people were very professional and helpful, free breakfast was very adequate. The hotel is within walking distance of the Disneyland area - we even walked to Crystal Cathedral! Good bargain for the money - we would stay there again.

| Hotel is about a 10 -12 minute walk to the Anaheim Convention Center. It is clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Good exercise in the brisk walk to the Convention Center. I recommend it for clean, quiet and less expensive. F.B.

| This hotel was reserved for its location near disneyland, it's still about a 10 minute walk away and there are closer hotels, but if you hop a ride on the bus its not so bad. The hotel service was quick and easy and painless, and they offered as many keys as i needed which i felt was a nice gesture. The condition of the room was slightly humid, but was welcome considering how cold it was (December), the room was slightly dusty in some parts, but overall more than acceptable. The bathroom is a bit claustrophobic and with no windows, feels like a sauna at times. The room was generally comfortable, no real issues with anything. The free continental breakfast was bland and average fare, nothing special. the hotel basically got the job done plain and simple. It was reserved mainly for its location for a weekend at disneyland. There are many hotels closer to Disneyland that may accomodate you better, but i had reserved this one about a month in advance and still had trouble finding a closer hotel, hence considering the choices, this was acceptable. Furthermore the rate per night was decent.

| I loved staying here. Yes, it is bit of a walk to Disneyland, but what a value! It was much nicer than we expected. It was a perfect fit for our family of three small children, 2 parents and nanny. They let us check in early, and were very friendly. We'll be back!

| There was nothing teribly wrong with the hotel, it was simply not comfortable or quiet. The bed was hard and the rooms are outside (no inside hallway). We were awoken every morning much earlier than we desired to be, but if you are planning to be up early, you probably wouldn't mind this hotel.

| We stayed here during the end of September. This hotel isn't super close to Disneyland, but we just drove down to the park every day and parked in the garage - worked fine for us. The hotel is clean and comfortable. We had a queen suite which was nice with two teenage daughters. Lots of other families in this hotel, but we stayed on the 3rd floor, not much noise other than in the morning when everyone is getting ready to go to the park. They provide a continental breakfast. The breakfast room was very crowded and it was hard to get what you needed, but it was o.k. - got some coffee and juice!

| BW Raffles was great for the location, but not if you're going to spend any time in your room. The ART is convenient & located very close to the entrance, and you can get your ART passes at the machine near the lobby. The experience was great, just b/c it was Disneyland, but the hotel itself was unimpressive. The room was small, and even though the kids were separated, I could barely fold out the couch. (My kids were too small to sleep top bunk.) The fold out bed was rickety & dangerous to make up - I was afraid I'd fall through, and it almost didn't clear the window air conditioning unit. The room was nice & clean, but very warm. The only air unit is in the kids' section in the back of the room. It wasn't powerful enough to cool the adults' room off at all. Even if it was, it would have frozen our kids - so we sweated the night out. (It was much cooler outside, and many people had their doors & windows open to let the air in.) The free breakfast was adequate, but crowded. The staff there worked hard, though, and I was impressed with the front desk crew as well. Some big plusses with me were: our room was very quiet, and the staff let us check in very early.

| We were pleased with the hotel. I would stay there again. Too far to walk to Disney but parking is 10 for allday and in and out privileges. The room was clean and two queen beds for 2 adults and 2 kids accomodated us well. Like the refrigerator. The breakfast was good but not much variety and so we ate at Denny's next door on the third day. Like the other reviews parking was tight and crowded, but we always found a spot.

| In the future we will use Best Western kids room. Usually we have one big room with two beds. The children drive us crazy with the excitment of staying in a hotel they keep us up most of the night. This time we had the kids-room and they in their room and we were in our room, both with TV and equiptmed with video games. Breakfast was better than I expected. "WE will return."

| Good place to stay, was a bit pricey probably because of timing of our stay. The beds were comfortable and the rooms reasonably clean. All in all, I would probably stay again. The parking spaces are too small and they ran out of them as the motel was full. This caused some problems. If you have a small car, it won't bother you but if you drive a van, SUV or larger vehicle, it is a concern.

| Likes:Room was very clean, and plenty of space in the room. Didn't use the pool but it looked ok with a spa which both were outdoors and available till 11pm. Breakfast options were good, with Toasting waffles/bread/cereal and danish's available.Dislikes:There seemed to be a fly problem at the stairwells. The staff of the hotel walked past it a number of times, but never seemed to do anything about it. The distance to Disneyland is more like 2 blocks, and after a long day at Disneyland, I wouldn't recommend the 20 - 30 minute walk back.Slight issue with check in. I got to the room and opened the door to find the room already occupied. When I returned to the front desk they advised they tried to catch up with me, to advise of the error, but somehow I don't think they did.

| We were very pleased with this hotel overall. We stayed in a family mini-suite with 2 adults and 3 children and there was plenty of room. The in-room refrig and microwave was convenient. Room was always clean and desk staff was accommodating. Good insulation provided quiet rooms. Negatives: limited parking in lot; no free shuttle service from either airport or to Disneyland; continental breakfast was really lacking and only lasted to 9:30 a.m. But the large rooms at a reasonable price would make us repeat customers.

| Free morning paper, and breakfast is really good especially it is free. Even though it is just a few stories building, the quality is pretty good as this price. Also, this hotel is two blocks away from Disneyland entrance, we have to drive to Disneyland instead of walk or by bus ($3.00/person)

| The hotel in general was okay. But the stay was ruined by not having enough parking! It was atrocious! You had to leave your keys with the desk clerk so he could move your car if you had to block someone. It's not very fun being woke up at 1:00 am in the morning to have to move your car!

The room for the kids had their own t.v. plus a couch with a coffee table. They had plenty of room to play games and be kids!

| The hotel was clean, the complimentary breakast was filling before a long day at Disneyland. It's within walking distance of the park if you're in your 20's like me, but it was tiring at the end of the day to walk back. There is an Anaheim resort transit stop right in front of the hotel to take a shuttle to the parks. Didn't use the pool, but it seemed nice, and most of the time unoccupied. All in all a great deal for the price.

| We had to reschedule last minute due to illness. They didn't charge extra for the change - in fact credited us 67 cents. There were four of us and 4 sets of towels in the room - so many places forget the extra towels. Clean, comfortable, refridg. and microwave in room, free LA Times at door in morning. Good breakfast - waffles, boiled eggs, donuts, cereal, etc. Only complaint is very tight parking for SUV/truck (which is what most cars in the parking lot were). Not a luxury hotel, but from my reasearch, was the best bang for the buck! I would stay there again.

| Overall, we were pleased with the hotel. Front desk service was A++ .. we needed a few things during our stay like a bandaid, a screwdriver, a new remote for a TV when we lost one, and all were delivered within 2 minutes, with a smile and great courtesy.Breakfast left us wanting, but our Character breakfast one day and walk to Dennys another broke the monotony. It's really a glorified continental breakfast. I wouldn't call it a full breakfast, which is what we were after. While we were pleased with the hotel, we did feel it wasn't a very good value for the money and would probably not stay there on our next trip to Disneyland but would try one of the other suite hotels.
