| The room was excellent. I liked the decor and everything was neat and clean. There was attension to detail. I had a view of the Monument and circle. At night it was beautiful. I would go back in a heart beat. Thank You Radisson Hotel City Centre Indy.

| We stayed at this hotel in December 05. The hotel is right in the center of downtown. When we checked in, I asked the clerk to make sure we had a room with a view. She took a moment and changed our rooms and she delivered. The view out of our 19th floor window was spectacular! The monument in Monument Circle looked like a Christmas tree at night. The hotel has been recently renovated, and our bathroom had granite countertops and granite floor tile, there was very nice carpeting in our room and in the hallways. We had a king sleep number bed, so I had my side as soft as I wanted. The hotel was close to the RCA Dome, so we walked to the Colts game and didn't have to worry about finding a place to park. We also walked to the City Centre mall just a little over a block away.

| While the room was your standard mid-80's decorated hotel with middle-of-the-road amenities, I was extremely pleased with the location. It's right on the Cirle, in the middle of downtown. This made it easy to hit the nightlife and to walk around the city during the day. Starbucks in the lobby also a plus.

| For the price of this hotel, I would have at lease the room to be clean. There was crusty spots on one of the blankets and the bathroom was gross. And in the morning when I wanted to make a pot of coffee, both of the cups had dried up something in them. Never will I stay there again.

| The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the hotel was in easy walking distance of Monumnet Circle, and a great mall. If I go to another function at the Murat, I will definitely stay at this Radisson.

| The hotel itself was nice and very convenient but except for the bellman and one lady behind the desk , the service was very rude and i'm not a person who gets offended easily . When we checked in around 7;30 Friday the lady was not friendly and was very standoffish . We later went to the bar after checking in and the bartender couldn't have been more unfriendly . We asked her recommendation for where to go but she twice blew us off . There were all of six people in the place including the four of us . At checkout on Sunday morning we had a differnet lady who was very friendly and helpful . I would go back because the hotel itself is nice but i wouldn't hold my tongue next time .

| Hotel was fine and comfortable but in dire need of refurbishment. Front desk was kind enough to give me a suite, but little things, like missing cupboard doors and trips on cabinets peeling off, made the room look shabby
