| We have stayed at many Ritz Carlton's both in and out of the country. We love the premium locations, superior linens and attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel. What we had yet to find (until now) was a Ritz whose staff cared more about their clientele than themselves. Sometimes we wonder why we go back the staff is so arrogant. But here, at the Ritz Carlton, Pentagon City, the staff was the focal point of our experience. Always friendly and ready to help, they maintained a courtesy and professionalism that befriended us all. We will most definately return again to this exceptional establishment!

| Gorgeous hotel and convenient for shopping, metro, movies, and restaurants. However, both of my stays have been medicore in regards to customer service. For example, we ordered a movie and half way through it blacked out. We asked them to reset it and after an hour and a half later, still no service.

| I was disappointed that the rooms did not include coffee pots. I really missed this ammenity! I was also surprised that the room did not have a comment card for suggestions/evaluation.

| Great location with the Metro literally just a few steps away. Many good restaurants only a short walk away to pentagon row. Room was pricey and had a unimpressive view of the top of the next door shopping center. But, beds very comfortable and service was excellent.

| Nice hotel - typical of some of the Ritz Carlton locations, though not as nice as the one in Boston or the one in downtown Atlanta. The restaurant was expensive, the food rather disappointing, and the waiter seemed preoccupied with things other than the guests. Location has a good workout facility and is connected to a four-floor shopping mall and the Metro at Pentagon City.
