| I did not like the outside access to rooms. The exits were not clearly marked so I found myself wandering around outside in the dark looking for the entrance. They include a good full breakfast, however!

| My husband & I were there from 06/17/05 to 06/22/05 and we loved the hotel. The breakfast was great and everyone was really nice there. The best thing about the hotel is how clean it is. We usually stay at 4 star hotels so I was a little weary about staying there, but everything was wonderful. We would definitely stay there again.

| Just a hop skip and jump from Santa Ana airport. Although my stay was short, the staff and the room was great. I didn't get a chance to check out the pool, maybe next time. The continental breakfast didn't open until we were on our way to the airport.

| This was not a bad place to stay for a short period of time. My biggest complaints were the bed (much too hard, I think the floor was softer!), the noise level, and the fact that there is only one restaurant near the hotel. There are several hotels in this little nook and only one 2 star restaurant. The staff was very nice, the breakfast buffet was enough for me, but I'm a light eater, the room was clean and the kids cleared out of the pool at a reasonable hour. Which was a good thing, because you could hear every outside noise inside the room. Again, not a bad place to stay for a night or two, but not long term.

| I stayed here for eight days with my husband and two children and I was very impressed! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The parking was free so that was a plus. The breakfast buffet was a real money saver we took advantage of everyday. They had two or three meal choices and then there were a few fruits, muffins and cereals you could help yourself too as well. The breakfasts weren't huge like you'd get at a Denny's but they were better than the dougnuts you get at other hotels. We had a complimentary paper delivered to our door every morning. We took advantage of the shuttle to and from Disney. The driver was great and was always there right on time to pick us up. The maids did a very good job of cleaning our room. The hottub was great after long days of walking. Kids enjoyed the pool. I will definately stay here again on my next trip to CA. The only negative for me was the pool was a little cold for me!

| We took the kids to Disneyland over spring break Tues-Sat. Although the free breakfast is a bit skimpy the facilities were very clean. That's not where the problem was. We had paid for our stay through Expedia and checked out on the day expected. However, apparently, according to the manager, the housekeeper told them we were a stay over so the Best Western charged us for an additional day. When I offered to produce proof that we left as expected and did not stay over, ie gas receipts in AZ, my husband's timecard for being at work on the day they said we left, a copy of our check out folio, etc. The manager told me sorry he would not refund us for the night because he checked with the housekeeper and she said we stayed over. I questioned how she'd remember us,in particular, since it had been 3 wks since we were there and informed him that they were ready to clean our room when we loaded that last of our stuff into our car. He didn't budge.I contacted the credit card company and they are disputing the charge and also complained with Best Western Corporate. Just wanted to warn everyone about the Scam this guy, the Manager has going on. I'm the Human Resource Director of a large company in Phoenix, and I will tell any employee that asked me to stay clear of this place!!!

| Found housekeeping not up to cleanliness standards. The room wass not vacuumed well and the in-rooom coffee maker had moldy water in the maker, causing us to have the maintenance replace the unit. The next day housekeeping failed to replace our regular coffee packages used.

| Hotel staff was courteous. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was a hot breakfast with two or three options of meals offered. Food was decent but sometimes it was not "filling".

| Hotel was good as hotels are. The problem we encountered was with the "free shuttle service". There is but one shuttle bus to Disneyland in the morning and only one return in the evening. If there are two or more requests then the first to ask gets the time they reqest. If you wish to return at any other time the cab fare is $30. If you miss the one and only shuttle out The cab fare is $30. It would be cheaper to stay in a closer hotel and pay the difference or rent a car @ John Wayne Airport

| I was very pleasantly surprised by the comfort and cleanliness of the Best Western in Santa Ana. My last experience with a hotel close to an airport was not so pleasant. I was also pleasantly surprised that a complimentary hot breakfast was provided each morning. This is quite a nice change from the usual stale donut you get. Thank you.
