| I have stayed at other hotels before. This one is far the worst in terms of service and condition of the room. There is always long line at the front desk. I waited about half an hour to check in my room. They really need to improve the the check-in/out efficiency. On the second night, our shower head broke. We had to switch to a new room. It was not that much hassle, but it is not the best quality hotel in my opinion. If you get lucky enough, you might not have any problems at all staying there.

| The hotel has no heat & we happened to be there during a cold snap. The room was a bit chilly!!! The complimentary breakfast was great. Staff was very courtious! All in all, a great stay!

| The hotel was ok. The location seemed good at first, until I sat in the parking lot for nearly half an hour (each day) while ALL of Miami dropped their kids off in the hotel parking lot for the school next door. If you can't get out of there by 0630, don't stay there.

| The quality of this hotel was not worth the discounted price from Expedia, let alone whatever it is they charge normally. The lobby seemed nice until you looked up and half of the tiles were missing. The phone in our room did not work. The remote control for the television did not work either. However staff seemed friendly, but did not seem concerned when advised of phone or TV problems. Had sheer drapes, so a 12:00 check out time is worthless. You won't be sleeping in. Also, 14 miles from airport not convenient, however they did have a shuttle, but we had a rental car. A lot nicer looking hotels closer to the airport. Have gotten nicer hotels thru Expedia, for a lot less money.

| For a quick get away this hotel served it's purpose. It is not close to any main attractions but shuttles are offered starting at $50 roundtrip. The shuttle from the airport was a long wait but the delicious Margaritas from the restraunt took the edge off of the frustration from that. I wouldn't mind going back for a longer stay but I will be prepared to rent a car or have extra money for shuttles and/or cabs.

| Bathrooms were below standard in matinance and cleanlieness, but the hotell staff was very friendly and the bed was comfortable. Next time I'll stay near the beach. :)

| They gave me a double bed when I was alone bymyself. Did not have a single bed available. The room was extremely cold. Not hot air would blew out of the vents. I put the do not disturb sign on the door and I was still disturbed.

| Hotel is not well known and cab driver from airport got lost finding it. Pool at hotel had no water. Check-in a 2pm took an hour and only one person was in front of us checking in (one person working desk). Prepaid reservations were not correct (good thing I had print out of Expedia email confirmation). Was given wrong type room (double instead of kind bed) and had to change rooms. Rooms called "Penthouse" are actually just rooms on a secure floor with a small dirty balcony. Room service brought up hours old coffee that was not drinkable (did replace it though). Business center printers did not work. Muffins and bread items at continential breakfast were cold from refrigeration and selection was very limited. Many parts of hotel under repair as of our stay (Jan 05).

| Check-in procedures too long and reception staff not attentive. Business Center too expensive and not properly attended. In general the hotel staff is not too friendly. Airport Shuttle service not too efficient.
