| First, this hotel is not worth the $$. The rooms were dirty, ants all over and a cockroach in the hallway. Pool area was far from bliss. Didn't even want to try the food. Only good thing was the free shuttle to the airport! I thought it would be good to stay the one night close to the airport since I had a very early flight. I would have traveled 2 hours to get to the airport at 5am if I had know how dustigusing this place was.

| The hotel was satisfactory based on minimum requirements. I did not spend any time in the hotel other than sleeping, so it was fine for a quick stop.

| We picked this hotel for one reason. We needed an overnight stay and this was the only Honolulu hotel close to the airport offering free shuttle service. The hotel was certainly adequate for our purpose. The breakfast we were served in the restaurant was excellent.

| I applaud the bell captain for his courteous service, storing luggage while we toured HNL waiting for cruise ship. Staff very professional. Older hotel, but well kept and clean.

| We missed the last flight to Kona and needed a hotel close to the airport. The shuttle took one hour to arrive to take us to the property!Hotel is old and not that clean or comfortable. Served its purpose though.

| The hotel is close to airport with free shuttle. It is ideal if you just stay one night for your connection flight. It is however not good for vacation stay. It is miles away from beaches (45 min by buses). It is also noisy because it is next to the freeway.

| The first room we were given was not clean. There was food left in the refrigerator and the quality of the linens was depressing. We expressed our concerns and we were moved from the 1st floor to the Executive Floor - 4th floor. This room was a little more acceptable, however the carpeting was wet under the air conditioner. The cabinet which the microwave was set, was broken, the top of the table was filty. Housekeeping knocked on our door at 8AM to ask if we were moving out or wanted maid service. We said we were fine and they could clean later. We rented a car and stayed out of the roomas much as possible. We checked out at 9PM as planned on our second night as our plane was leaving at 1:15. The hotel knew that we were unhappy and the front desk did offer a better room at no extra charge, however the facilities are poor and they are aware of it and commented the hotel needed to be updated.

| This hotel is not a good Hawaii vacation destination, either in location or ambiance. But it's right next to the airport and has a quick shuttle service--if you arrive late or leave early in the morning it's very convenient.

| This hotel was perfect for us because we were flying in to Honolulu and flying out to Kauai the next morning so we just had a short overnight layover. The free shuttle was convenient and timely. The hotel itself is in a sketchy area and the interiors could use some major renovation. I also reserved the "Executive" floor room, which we did not get and we got in so late, I didn't have the energy to complain. They were also very prompt in bringing a crib to the room when requested and didn't charge for it.

| Clean but in need of renovation. Did not know where else to stay while arriving in the evening and needing to depart in the early morning. Not at all my first choice.
