| When we arrived at the Chamberlain the staff was falling over themselves trying to help us. The room was lovely and the bath products were great. The king size bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The rooftop pool area was beautiful. All in all a great stay at the Chamberlain.

| This is a great hotel! I loved everything about it (the pool, the rooms, great staff, etc), until I got in to bed - there was sand (or something grainy) on the sheets. I called the front desk and someone came up and gave us another sheet because the housekeeping staff had gone home for the night. We had to put it on ourselves - That was the only downer - could have been a fluke!

| The hotel is neat. Rooms are large, renovated and very comfortbale. The only problem is that most of them do not have any views. The rooftop pool is superb. The staff is friendly but everything you ask for will cost extra including internet, rollaway bed, etc... But overall, I had a great stay and will definitely go back.

| Had stayed at a near-by high-rise hotel for the last several times I have visited L.A. / West Hollywood but due to no-avialability had to book with The Chamberlain. I am ever glad I "had" to book a room at The Chamberlain. Hotel was very well-kept with a classy-modern appearacnce and the rooms were very well appointed and extremely comfortable. I have found my new favorite L.A. hotel.

| The hotel is located in a nice residential neighborhood. It's almost impossible to tell there is a hotel there. The rooftop pool looks very nice (I did not get to try it, due to bad weather), and so is the view. You can walk from the hotel both to Santa Mocica Blvd and Sunset Blvd. The room was very big, with a separate sitting area and a private balcony (no balcony furniture though). Nice beds too. Did not try room service. Valet parking is the only available option if you bring a car, and cost $24/day. Room internet access was also an extra $10/day (however, you may be able to connect for free to wireless networks in the neighboring apartments). Overall I was very satisfied.

| All previous reviews were right on the money. Everything about this place was great. The one and only drawback was the additional nightly parking fee of $24.00 per night. That was, however, an expected expense based on the other reviews I read on Expedia.com. Comfortable room, nice beds, great staff, pool on roof w/great views, exceptional service..........I could go on!Hollywood and L.A in general are not my cup of tea. If they were though,I would definitely stay at the Chamberlain West Hollywood again. I highly recommend this hotel. I only wish there was an alternative to the parking issue.

| Chamberlain hotel is a beautiful place to stay whether for business or pleasure. The attention to design detail throughout most of the hotel, including our room was a delight - it was classic modern deco California. The standard room is generous in it's size and amenities, including a fireplace and flat screen tv, and the swimming pool area on the roof deck is lovely during the day and at night with terrific views of the city. Location wise, it could not have been better as it was a five minute drive to some of the best shopping and dining in LA, Melrose and Beverly Hills, and yet the street that the hotel is located on is quiet and residential - a great mix! The front desk, restaurant, and valet were all very courteous and for the most part efficient. A few areas that could use some improvement, getting online was a huge hassle, the hotel needs to make every room wireless, and a request for ice to our room late at night went unserved by room service, which was, needless to say, very annoying. But, all in all, we were very pleased with our stay there and will definitely stay there again on our next trip to LA.

| Hotel is comfortable, quiet, with up-scale linens and toiletries. Sitting area and gas fireplaces are nice touches. Location allows easy access to West Hollywood, Sunset Strip and Beverly Hills. Roof top pool terrace has great views over city. Staff friendly and helpful. BAthrooms lack grab bars for tub, pool only has a ladder and not steps. If these are not issue then this is a fabulous choice.

| The Chamberlain impressed me with its style, service, and amenities. The rooftop pool is gorgeous and the rooms are spacious and well appointed. Service was personal and very attentive. I got a good rate on Expedia too. The location is perfect...between Sunset and Santa Monica in the heart of West Hollywood, but on a quiet, tree-lined street. My only beef: They should include a continental breakfast in the room price. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to others.

| The Chamberlain is a real find in West Hollywood -- private, quiet, friendly, and beautiful. Our room was stunning -- the pictures do not do this place justice. The color palette was sublime, bed linens were lovely, furniture was comfortable, and the space was that of a small apartment. The staff was also extremely helpful and attentive. We will stay here again and recommend to everyone we know who travels to LA.

| The hotel is hidden down a residential street and does not look anything special from the outside. It was obviously some kind of residential home for the elderly, previosly. However, as soon as you walk in and hear the chilled out music and see the cool retro/contemporary decor you realise this is refreshing change from your standard chain hotel. Cool bar, great breakfast, fantastic bed, stylish room with LCD TV, beautiful roof top pool, great view and good location just off Sunset strip.

| Rooms are very nice but it's just not worth the price. The staff at the front desk is not top notch. I called for directions to the hotel and was put on hold for twenty minutes, literally! When I called back the same woman answered the phone and did not apologize she just said she was busy. Wireless internet service is $5.00 for 15 minutes. They have a laptop in the lobby you can use but they charge you for internet access there. Bottom line, don't do it. Your money is worth more at other hotels.

| This hotel does it right; the rooftop pool with cabanas is fantastic! The restaurant, which currently only serves hotel guests, is fabulous. The atmosphere is friendly and clean, with a nice outdoor dining area. The chef served dinner and presented free food to try out. My only criticism is that the hallways and common areas were warm. The room was nice, with a very comfortable bed. I truly enjoyed my stay in this little known gem!!!

| After staying at several large hotels in LA, I was most comfortable at this small and out of the way hotel. It really did feel like a small hotel in Europe and yet it was very LA. I also enjoyed the neighbourhood. Trader Joe's and Starbuck's just a short walk away. The pool was too small for a real swim and the parking was very tight. Finding it was not easy but as with several little hotels in Europe, I was accustomed to the serach. But the room and bed were perfectly comfortable.

| This hotel was everything I expected it to be and more. The only thing I was disappointed about was that they hadn't finished renovating the main lobby when it stated on the website that they were scheduled to finish a month before I arrived. But the rooms were great; flat screen TV, DVD/VCR player, LAN connections for laptop use, fireplace, couch, and a nice comfortable bed, the staff was friendly, and it was about a 15-20 minute drive away from all the tourist attractions. The heated rooftop pool was also an added bonus
