| Very nice hotel in the middle of Harvard square, yet still quiet. I had some trouble with a staticky tv, but everything else about the place was top notch.

| 1) The Hotel's internet access is locked behind a firewall and does not offer individual IP addresses to its users - meaning that VPN and outgoing email will not work (extremely disappointing if you depend on these services to do your business).2) There are no smoking rooms, no minibar and no PPV TV.3) Hotel dining and room service are expensive and of poor quality.4) There is no business center with printing and copying facilities (there is one printer in the hotel which does not work).5) If running or working out are part of your daily routine, this is not the place for you, as there are *NO* workout facilities on Hotel grounds. The facilites at the Inn are not aweful, however the rates in no way correspond to what you are getting for your money. The only advantage to staying at the Inn is its proximity to Harvard.

| If you have business at Harvard University, there is no location quite like that of the Inn at Harvard. The Inn charges accordingly, then adds an additional $30 charge per day for parking. We found the room adequate if not spacious, but were dismayed to find the coffee carafe full of old coffee, topped by a layer of mold. Somehow room service seemed a good deal less appealing after this discovery. Still, I think this incident was an aberration rather than an indicator of deeper problems. If location trumps other considerations, I would still recommend the Inn at Harvard.

| We stayed at The Inn at Harvard mid-October and had a delightful stay. The hotel staff was curteous and the room spacious and very cozy given the mid-October drizzle and rain that accompanied our visit. The Inn is conveniently located only a few blocks from the T which makes short trips into downtown feasible for eating shopping or sightseeing. Don't miss the barrage of shops and quaint coffee shops in Harvard Square. The bathrooms were particularly nice here with Bath and Body Works toiletries and good lighting. I'll definitely be back!
