| The hotel itself was clean in appearance in the lobby and the complimentary breakfast was nice but the bed was hard, the pillows were hard no matter how many we used, the water in the shower wasn't a consistent temperature and the water in general wouldn't get anywhere near cold. We stayed at a nicer hotel when we visited a few years ago and thought we would downgrade to save some money and try the kitchenette for some food and water in the fridge but that was a waste of time. We didn't use it at all. The staff were nice and helpful despite the lousy rooms. We will NOT be staying here ever again. The property next door was much nicer!

| We really enjoyed our stay at this Comfort Suites. The hotel was in a great location on Seven Mile Beach close to many restaurants and shopping areas. We were able to walk to most places which was good because the taxis are expensive! There was snorkeling right off their beach and just south. The on site dive shop was helpful and another dive shop was located right across the side street. Yes, there is a Hurricane Ivan damaged building directly between the hotel and the beach, however, the landscaping around the hotel blocks this from your view. The short walk to the beach is no issue, its just great that the hotel is on the beach side. The main street in front of the hotel is pretty busy and they drive on the left side of the road so be careful! The restaurant was good and they had several special occasions nights for fun and specials. Having a suite was the only way to go....restaurant costs are pretty high so having food (from the grocery store not too far away) in the room for lunch and snacks (they provided a Continental breakfast!)and just going out for dinner worked out great. The staff was very friendly and the room great. Only drawback was no patios or balconies with the rooms, but you'll want to spend your time outside with the great weather anyway, so no big deal.

| We had a great time while in Grand Cayman. Comfort Suites Hotel is centrally located in the Seven Mile Beach area. It is within walking distance to Georgetown where all the main shopping takes place. Another plus is Stinger's Restaurant located behind the hotel. Stinger's has Caribbean Luau's twice a week with an all-you-can-eat buffet with great food and entertainment such as the fire-eater man! Also there is Don Foster's Dive Shop next to the restaurant behind Comfort Suites which can set you up with dive tours. They even made our reservations for the Atlantis Submarine ride. Comfort Suites is located on the same side of the road as the ocean and is within 50 feet of the beach. Comfort Suites also serves a complimentary continental breakfast which includes belgian waffles when we stayed there. They also provide free Internet access either from your hotel room with your own computer hook-up or you can use their computer in the lobby. Overall, Comfort Suites had a lot to offer tourists visiting Grand Cayman.

| I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The manager was absolutely a wonderful man. There were 2 things I would like to have been different: The first is that I really didn't like the restaurant servicing the hotel. It is called "Stingers". The food was average at best. Fortunately, there is a great restaurant right across the street. Nice/fun atmosphere and great food. The second thing is that I really would have enjoyed a balcony to sit outside and listen to music playing both at this hotel and neighboring hotels and to just enjoy the warm breeze.

| Very nice motel - roomy studio suite. Even though it wasn't directly on the beach, was a close walk from the pool area to a beautiful section of seven mile beach. Nice pool area and their Stingers bar and grill was a great place to eat. Staff was helpful and friendly, continental breakfast was great. Would highly recommend this place!

| This was a pleasant environment in which to stay. Pool was nice, staff friendly, breakfast was convenient. The rooms just weren't comfortable. AC temps were not constant, so we would wake up several times during the night too warm so the AC would kick back on; this happened over and over. Beds were way too soft and worn out. Couldn't wait to return home just to get some sleep.

| The Comfort Suites was a good clean suites type hotel but nothing more. The rooms are cleanly kept & the staff was courteous. The beach which is a very short walk down a public street path is none existant due to wave erosion. We had to walk to another part of the beach. The pool is really small. The internet was very slow. The breakfast was the same waffle & cereal every day. The bed was mushy & the sheets they put on were the wrong size so they kept coming off. The ceiling leaked during a big rain storm one night. But I guess you get what you pay for.

| Hotel was nice and well located on 7-mile beach. Most things to do where within walking distance. Hotel's hot tub was not hot though. Not sure if it was a result of the damage hurricane Ivan did. Would definitely stay here again.

| The room was very clean, neat, and comfortable.Service was good too.The swimming pool was clean and the hot tub was fine except all the jets didn't work. The beach was beautiful and the snorkeling behind the hotel was good too. However,Grand Cayman is going through major reconstruction from Huricane Ivan. The island's vegetation is mostly dead from all the salt water intrusion into the soil.It will take many years for the island to get back to the beauty it once was.Take a boat ride out to the barrier reef in the north sound. The reef and marine life were amazing and made my vacation all worth while.

| The hotel was very comfortable and the rooms were generous in size. The convenience of the kitchen was great and the free breakfast in the morning was good. The hotel was full when we were there for 7 days so there were no extra pillows available. The staff was pleasant and the location of the hotel was great with easy beach access. It isn't directly on the beach but just a quick walk.

| Most of Grand Cayman is still recovering from the aftermath of Hurricane Ivan. This hotel was one of the only ones 100% open. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Not a lot of frills, but very clean and a fun, family type of atomsphere. Fairly close to some restaurants and downtown Georgetown and only 75 yards to the beach and excellent snorkeling.
