| I can tell this once was a nice family hotel but things are starting to fall apart due to lack of maintenance. It had a friendly staff and a lot of nice features but they need to take better care of it. Outside security card-locks are broken, the pool was very cloudy and the electric outlets didn't work on one wall of the room. On a more positive note the bathroom was very nice and there was convenient parking.

| This was one of my worst ever hotel experiences. I reserved a non-smoking room. We checked in late due to a late flight only to find out we were put in a smoking room. Not only that, but there weren't even any glasses or coffe cups in the room! Went to the front desk the next morning, and they had no interest in correcting anything. We checked out and went to another hotel.

| My family and I spent the weekend at this hotel and it was actually a nice experience. Our daughter enjoyed the pool and the total atmosphere had a nice "tropical" feel to it.

| Hotel needs some maintenance...room air conditioner not working, cable for TV had been pulled out and we had to jiggle it every time it got bumped...but the staff are absolutely wonderful, service outstanding! There is a laundry room with large capacity washers, indoor and outdoor pools, it's close to the airport, freeways, and Greenfield Village and the Henry Ford Museum (an absolute must while in the area!)

| Hotel room was Quiet and clean. Inside room, so no problem with noise. HOWEVER..... The air conditioning did not work. A very restless night. Not great before watching the Nascar race, and then a long 6 hour trip home. Exhausting.....Simple, Get the AC Fixed, and everything would have been excellent!

| If you're taking an early flight out get their bed and park rate. You get one night and a week's worth of parking. Great for early morning flights.

| The property still smells new, but my mattress had that well worn feeling, and the timer for the bathroom heat lamp was also worn. The staff was helpful, but the business center was not open. (not run by the hotel, and apparently erratically available.) My main complaint ws that - although the hotel was almost empty, I was put in an outside room. I became aware that the soundproofing of the property is poor when air traffic kept me awake until after 11pm. Worse still, there is a train track nearby with trains sounding horns at 2:30 am. Air traffic resumed at 6am. The hotel is convenient to the airport with a 24 hr shuttle, but only stay here is you are guaranteed an inside room, or are a very heavy sleeper.

| One of the scariest hotels I have stayed in. Very run down. I felt unsafe. The "free" breakfast was so bad that I decided to order off a menu, only to be told that most of the menu items were unavailable. They had eggs. So I ordered two scrambled eggs and toast. Grim. Pilots and flight attendants stay here and I listened to their unhappy comments about the breakfast. Just avoid this place. I think this place is beyond renovation. It should be torn down and rebuilt.

| great price for all that they offered- free airport shuttle was great, nice pool and hot tub, free continental breakfast or you can pay for a great buffet, extra outdoor activities nice for kids

| The bathroom sink was cracked and the carpet had an iron burn. The room door did not close automatically - it had to be pulled shut. There was no elevator to the second floor nor was any assistance offered with luggage. Door-to-door airport transportation was right on time, both coming and going. Other than being convenient to the airport, this hotel is a pass.

| A wonderful hotel, very nice pool and atrium area. Food was very good in the restaurant. Only bad thing was our coffee pot had not been cleaned.
