| Our room was wonderful - it had a fantastic view & the bed was extremely comfortable. We slept better than we have in a long time all 3 nights we were there. The hotel is centrally located in downtown Columbus, but it's still very nice & quiet in the hotel itself. I'd definitely stay here again.

| Beautiful hotel, clean and quiet with a remarkable view if you request a high floor. The bathroom was at least double the size of any other hotel bath I have seen, with a large oval tub and dual sinks. With 2 adults and 2 kids in the room it still felt roomy.

| Since they remodeled the hotel they have had problems with some rooms not having outlets in the same area of the room as your phone or internet plug in. As a business traveler, I do not have time for these inconveniences and it is quite a headache. The menu at the hotel is also overpriced.

| The location and room comfort were just fine, but there were problems. There were 3 phones in the room, but the one on the desk didn't work and never got fixed during my 3 day stay. I drank the bottle of water provided for sale, but it was never replaced as advertised. I never did get the advertised card to preorder breakfast via room service. Room service was prompt, food was good, but breakfast did not begin until 6:30 am--too late to eat and get to my 7 am meeting elsewhere in town.

| I enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt on Capitol Square very much. It is connected to a shopping mall which was nice. The parking garage was very reasonable, the rooms were nice, the view of the city was great and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly reccomend this hotel to any traveler.
