| I was told that no reservation was made by Expedia when i arrived. Had to wait for room! Mattress too soft- ask for pillows firm pillows never got them Breakfast /bar very good.

| The hotel was a little difficult to find (due to traffic patterns), but we found it comfortable and near shopping, etc.

| my husband, one year old son and i stayed here recently because a friend was getting married in shoreline. the price was so much cheaper than staying in downtown seattle and was in a decent neighborhood. do not stay on aurora ave! i never saw any, but apperently that's where the prostitutes hang out. the staff was very friendly and responsive to our needs; the breakfast was great. house keeping did a great job. the whole stay was a very pleasant one. i would recommend this hotel for the vacationer and business traveler alike.

| Although we had a problem when we just got there (the hotel did not have our reservation from Expedia, because some problem with the fax machine), the staff were supportive all the time, and tried to fix the problem right away.

| The first room was clean except that there was hair on the sheets of the bed. After telling the front desk clerk he quickly change rooms for us and gave us a suite. The rest of the hotel was clean. The breakfast was good. Next to a lot of shopping and places to eat.

| Easy to find from I-5. Rooms are clean and comfortable. I appreciate the Iron and Ironing board provided. Coffee and hair dryer were also provided. The rooms are quiet.Continental Breakfast was appreciated.

| I visit at least twice a year and wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else. The rooms are spotless, the breafast buffet is plentiful, and the hotel employees are very friendly andhelpful.
