We were in Reno for bowling and Hotel was right next door.Clean hotel and very friendly staff. My only suggestion is that they put coffee pots in the rooms. We had six rooms and only one had a coffee pot. We also saw the show called "bareback" at Harrahs and that was also good.

Rooms are clean and well designed. Valet Parking is very good. Restaurants are good, although Andreotti's portions are too large. Ask for a half-order. Not the best casino for gambling. Shows are always entertaining although a little high priced. All in all, our experience was enjoyable.

The rooms (adjoining) were clean and large enough. The thermostat, however, would not adjust cool enough, and like many large hotels, the windows wouldn't open. The room was a bit stuffy. When we checked into the hotel, the desk clerk was a little adrupt and did not mention how we obtained the tickets for the show that was included with our room. It seemed as if he resented the cheap rate we had paid, but that's only my guess. It was a great deal for the price.

I was surprised at how nice my hotel room was for the price. The room was large and clean. The bottom sheet for the King bed was too small to be tucked in around the bed, and there was no desk nor convenient places to plug in laptops, phones, etc. My biggest complaint was the shuttle bus only running on the hour - which was a problem when I arrived and was told to wait 45 minutes for a ride to the hotel. I took a taxi which added $20.00 to my expenses. Otherwise, the hotel was in very good shape, the staff was efficient, and my room was big and clean.

I thought the hotel was fine -- the room was clean enough, and the staff tried to be responsive and hospitable. Hotel could use some a little refreshing -- it was just fine for a one day business trip.

Has most of what you want. Room service is expensive. Napa Cafe best place to eat. They are very stingy with there money, we didn't win anything, even tho we stayed a week.

The check in process was little slow but was well worth the wait. The room type that we reserved was over booked so the staff went out of their way to accommodate our requests and upgraded our room at no additional charge. The room was very clean and comfortable. This was our first stay with this hotel and we give it 5 stars.
