| We had requested a king size bed but only got a double. As the staff were quick to point out, it was only a "request". The people in front of us during checkin got the same response. Otherwise hotel was very nice in a nice location. Very good morning breakfast.

| by the far the worst i have been ever treated by a hotel staff. the manager was very rude, unhelpful, and unaccomidating. the front desk clerk that i dealt with first was equally horrible....AVOID!

| We had a very positive experience from the time we checked in, the hotel staff was very friendly. The hotel doesn't have a "on site" restaurant, but offers a fantastic deluxe continental breakfast, the front desk was very helpfull in locating restaurants for other meals. We found access to the hotel was very easy, with the directions provided by Epedia.com to be exact.

| Very comfortable hotel with a very personable staff. Service was excellent, including the staff going the extra mile to manage a complicated UPS shipment for me.Two complaints. The exercise room was limited and equipment needed repair. So, if you need your daily workout, not the best choice. Also, traffic is horrific at rush hour if you are trying to get downtown. So, I think if you would be travelling downtown often during your stay, pay the extra dollars and stay at a location closer to the city. It was almost one hour each way during rush hour.
