I was really wondering whether to recommend this hotel or not. The rate was cheap enough. The distance to all the theme parks was very good. Got to Disney within 5 min. drive. The room itself left a bit to be desired tho. The bathroom had mold on the walls. The toilet was not clean when we got there. There was also an ant on the floor. The carpet was dirty and needed replacing. I complained about the ant and the toilet. They were cleaned that day. Not sure what they can do about the mold problem. Think that is a problem all over because of the humidity. Staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were very comfortable and clean. Had 2 very nice pool areas. Good place to stay on budget.

The Ramada Plaza was a great and inexpensive experience! During our trip we visited Disney, SeaWorld, and frequented downtown Orlando. This hotel was in very convienient access to all three... blocks away from Disney, minutes from Seaworld, and located just a half mile away from the major interstate which leads to all downtown attractions. The hotel is also set on the main strip of Kissimee, and near grocery stores, restaurants, and other points of interest. I would definately reccommend it to any future travelers of the area. Have a great trip! :)

This hotel is close to Disney and is OK if you are looking to stay for just one night or two. This Ramada has two worlds: first is the main tower that is more like a hotel and behind the tower you will find the two story buildings that are more like a motel. I stayed in the motel. The room was OK. It is a little bit old (I don't think there are any new hotels in this part of town) but fairly clean and with hot water. BUT... The bed.. Oh my gosh... the bed... It is solid like a rock. This bed is what I call Industrial-type aka Fred Flinstone Certified. Please bring your chiropractor with you if you are planning to stay more the two nights. When you spend 15 hours walking in a park, when you get to the hotel, you want to rest.

This is a great hotel for the money. We went there last minute to get away from the storm and we were very suprised. most of the time we only stay at Disney hotels so I was worried. The hotel was very nice and clean. They had a great restaurant in off the loby (good breakfast buffet)nice little deli off of the pool. I would suggest staying in the tower. I dont know what some of the other people reviewing this hotel are talking about being dirty because there was always someone cleaning something. this is a good choice and it is 2 seconds from the entrance of Disney.

Hotel accomodations are fine if you're just looking for a great place to sleep while visiting Disney or other attractions. Good value for the money. Only 1 mile from the entrance to Disney and an abundance of restaurants all around. In-house restaurant has gone down hill from previous years....breakfast buffet (when they decide to have it available) is below average and they've eliminated the omelet station. The small lounge closes at 11:00 and is closed all day on Sunday.

This "hotel" is not a hotel. The picture shown is for the suites only. All other rooms are off to the side which is called the inn (not shown in picture). Our room had an old shower faucet with no spray head on it. There were sunflower seed shells on the floor next to the bed. There are no elevators (only for the suites). I would not stay here if I was aware of the shape this "hotel" was in. Spend the extra money and stay elsewhere!!!

My husband, mother-in-law, and sister-in-law all stayed here and were pretty impressed with the service given that our stay was in between two hurricanes. The bathtub tiles could have used some bleaching and the carpet had staples sticking up by the entrance to the bathroom, but everything else was great. The staff was very friendly and the pools were nice as well. Be forewarned of their $20 Disney ticket junk, unless you plan on purchasing a time-share in the Orlando area it is a waste of time and the guy at the counter in the hotel was pretty pushy. Overall this hotel was great and we would stay in it again. Hope you enjoy your trip!

This hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of shopping, dining, and entertainment. The hotel offered a shuttle to and from the Disney parks with convenient shuttle times. The pools & restaurant were also nice and the restaurant was very reasonably priced. With the exception of the stinky refrigerator in our room, it was a good hotel experience.

The picture provided of the "Plaza" is deceiving! The facility has two different types of accommodations - typical hotel style with room doors that maybe entered via the hotel lobby on the inside and motel style with each room door leading to the outside. The area to which the hotel does not seem family friendly nor safe for those who travel alone. The facility it self seems to be dated and unclean. However, the staff was very nice and accommodating.

It was just like your ordinary hotel. I was disappointed that one of the restaurants was closed. We only ate breakfast there because that was all there was to eat there. I wish they would offer more shuttles coming back from Disney. I think that they should have their shuttles scheduled to when the park closes. On the Saturday we were there the parked closed at 11:00 and the fireworks started at 10:00 and the last shuttle coming back was 9:45 so we had to miss the fireworks at Disney.

We stayed on the hotel side of this hotel/motel property and were favorably impressed with the facility. It represented a very good value for the price. There were two other minor items about this property that folks should be aware of. First, if you are heading west on the roadway you have to go past the hotel and make a U-turn to get to the property entrance, and the hotel directions are not very clear on this point. The other concerns the restaurants on the property; they show two available but one was closed for remodeling with no indication of that until you get to the restaurant door. And the dinner service at the other restaurant was mediocre. We waited almost 10 minutes for someone to show up at the hostess station to seat us. But, I will say that the prices for a resort hotel restaurant were an excellent value. Two persons in the party with drinks (alcohalic), appetizers and entree for under $20 per person including tip.

Hotel entrance looks nice - when you go up to rooms - carpets in hallway very dirty along with the room. Bed linen was stained walls dirty and bathroom was not so clean either. Rooms need painting and detailed cleaning. I will never go back. Service dest was terrible giving us directions - had to go to local gas station. On-line service did not work in rooms - reason I booked hotel. Very disappointed
