| It is true that there is an industrial park in front of the Hotel, but most people don't mention the nice neighborhood behind the hotel. Houses that sell for a half-million plus are only a block or two away. I didn't see any prostitutes or drug deals near the hotel like I saw in Downtown Vancouver. I also recommend the White Spot Restaurant located in the lobby. It is similar to a Denny's with much higher quality food.

| Good place to spend the night if you're stuck in Vancouver for the night. Close to the airport and the White Spot was really convenient. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Nice, no frills hotel.

| The beds were comfortable, and the location was good (close to downtown and even closer to the airport). For people who don't want to spend all their money on accomodations, this was a great hotel. My only complaint was that there was not an express check-out. Everyone was checking out at the same time and the lobby was crowded with long lines.

| We were quite satisfied with the hotel and the comfort level as well as the price. As for the restaurant the White Spot, we are used to food with a little more spice, however it was good. There were not a lot of restaurant choices that were near by.

| There was a problem with the TV, and they came and replaced it right away. The staff was also very helpful with directions and information.

| to always provide good service and a resonable cost in a convienent location for business. This is more recently remodeled hotel and it is very nice for the business traveller. Try it out.

| This hotel was just right for one person and a short stay. The room was smaller than many but still had a writing table and side chair. Very clean and comfy. The front desk staff gave me great directions to get to the places I needed to go.

| The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport but not in the best of neighborhood. Very industrial. There's a bus stop across the street from the hotel, if you're interested in going public transportation. The hotel has a restaurant in the main lobby...fairly priced and wholesome meals! The front desk staff...very friendly and helpful. Front entrance, hallways and like...well maintained by the janitorial staff as well. I particularly enjoyed how the hallways were scented with a touch of lavender...just to stimulate your senses!

| The hotel was a great place to stay. The only concern I had was the shuttle service back to the hotel was very slow. Other buses we questioned said they had a reputation for being slow at picking up people from the airport.

| I've been to Vancouver 4 times, and I've stayed at this hotel 4 times in the past 3 years. While it may not be the best location for going site seeing, if you are visiting friends/family in the area, this hotel can't be beat. Excellent rates, close to the airport, and a super, super friendly staff. Don't forget to check out some killer dinner specials at the Hundson's Landing Pub located in the same building... try the Seared Ahi Burger... grubbing!

| We stayed at this Hotel to tour around Vancouver, since the hotel is located near the airport, it was not near Richmond nor Downtown. If you have a rental car, this shouldn't be much of a problem. Despite the poor location and the lack of luxury and comfort, the hotel service was wonderful. I asked the front desk for little favors on a daily basis from getting change for bus fare, directions to attractions and even to print out something with their printer behind the counter. Pretty much everything I asked for they gave 110% to provide. This kind of hospitality seemed common in Vancouver, so this may not be due this particular chain of hotel, but rather the friendly attitudes of the locals.

| My daughter and I had never been to Vancouver and were trying to be frugal in our expenditures. The staff knew the bus system well. They more than answered questions, they went out of their way to give us the best choices. We were very happy with this short stay.

| For anyone that might be wondering the hotel looks exactly as nice as it does in the pictures, maybe better. The hotel lobby has a nice open feeling and the staffs were great. The free airport shuttle was helpful. The rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable to be in. There is a white spot restaurant located adjacent to the lobby that makes dinning out everyday there tempting (several great places in town also). There is so much to do in and around the vicinity that you should drop by the brochures near the elevators, and after ask the lobby for directions to them. Highly recommended!

| Clean, small bussinessman hotel. Bus takes 30 min to get downtown. Located in asian neighborhood. Restaurant only for breakfast. Bar ok.

| This hotel is fine for a short stay, but rooms can be a bit cramped for more than 2 people or for longer stays. It is conveniently located near the airport, and is in close proximity to downtown Vancouver and other local attractions. The rooms were well- maintained and the front desk staff was very courteous and helpful. The on-site restaurant (the White Spot) serves good food and excellent desserts at reasonable prices.
