| Little bit old, but fairly maintained. When I visited this hotel, it was too busy because it was 4th July. Yes, I understood, but too long waiting for check in. Probably depending on cost, there are not enough staffs to keep good services.

| The rooms were spacious and relatively clean, but our toilet leaked and the lamps needed bulbs. Our kids room had a leaky tolet and a non functional exhaust fan. The hallways were filthy. Forget eating breakfast at the restaurant. The waiters never got orders correct, the cook was incompetent, and the service was incredibly slow.

| Good location in Boulder. The staff were attentive to my needs, and were not rude as many hotel staff are. The room was very comfortable, and had a great view of the mountains. The patio and creek behind the hotel is a nice place to relax when you have some down time. Could walk to the CU campus in 5 min. Has a walking/niking trail that runs behind the hotel that takes you through the middle of town and right by down town. For those without a car they have a very cheap shuttle service that takes you anywhere in town. I will use this hotel again when in town.

| I slept better last night than I have in weeks! We are from Colorado, not too far from here and just needed to get out for a night. The staff was extremely busy when we arrived but we still got into a room before regular check in time. I was also upgraded to a Superior room which had a great view of the mountains. If you are looking for a day to relax by the pool and walk on the creekpath, this is the place to be. The shuttle took me to dinner and picked me up! We would definitely stay here again to escape the kids for a night!!

| This hotel ended up being a great place to stay! The staff couldn't have been friendlier. They made every attempt to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable! They were extremely helpful...giving me suggestions for places to see and directions to different places I needed to go in the city. I'd definately stay here again and have already recommended to a couple of people heading out to CO this summer.

| this hotel is suitable for a visiting football team at U. of Colorado which is a short walk away, and it may once have been a fine place to stay, however the West wing where I stayed is long past its prime. I had trouble sleeping from the noise in the bathrooms (everytime someone nearby in the wing flushed I could hear it). The rooms and hallways were overheated. There was a fire in the elevator control room and we were evacuated for a short period of time. The staff was willing and helpful, but until they do some renovations I would avoid this hotel.

| The room smelled musty, and a room service from across the hall sat out in the hallway for more than half a day. As I was settling into the room, someone knocked on the door, then tried to enter. I went to the door and the man said he was from housekeeping and was told he needed to clean my room. I sent him away, then called the front desk and they said they were unaware of a request made to clean my room.

| The hotel was a little shop worn and in need of an update. We asked for a quiet room and were put in the west wing of the hotel where garbage trucks came each day at 6a.m. and the smell of the indoor pool permeated the hallways. The staff was consumed with the midwife convention and had little time for the other guests.

| This hotel was a perfect location and had very nice facilities. The rooms were clean and comfortable and perfect for a family. The indoor and outdoor pools were also in great condition and fun for everyone. If you are visiting the university or just want to get outdoors, you can't beat the location. There is also a Red Robin restaurant and a Safeway right across the parking lot.

| Driving up from the outside I was afraid I made a bad choice, but once I walked into the lobby, it was as if I had gone through a "worm hole". The interior is warm and friendly, the staff were helpful, and the rooms were very modern yet still very comfortable. The outside justs needs a face lift.

| The pool area, and outdoor area are very pretty. Close to bike path, tennis courts, CU and Pearl Street area. Room was nice, very clean, really comfy bed. Generally an old hotel, with dark small hallways. The outside door was really close to city bikepath, and wasn't locked - seemed kind of weird. A band played in a conference room down the hall until 11 pm. Kinda loud.

| The location is fine, the restaurant is fine, service is good, business center is OK, wireless network in the lobby. I stayed in the low-rise east building which is quite dated, and had two very noisy nights with some alarms going off all night in the parking lot. The best part is the restaurant and the grounds looked beautiful even though everything was frozen during my stay. Perhaps in summer its nicer!
