The hotel room had a musty smell to it. The AC unit was old and very imprecise. The room was either artic or hot, no in between. The room and bathrooms were kept very clean.

This hotel is not too far from the airport, the room was very clean, and the staff was helpful. The downsides were that the pool seemed to close early and parking was limited and not very spacious.

My family & I were just passing through St. Louis on the way to Cancun. I had researched hotels near the St. Louis Airport online. Most of the hotels in the price range we were looking for were not very appealing, but this hotel was great. the lobby is elegant. The pool area was fairly large & sunny with the glass ceiling. The rooms were very clean & the beds were very comfortable. as a matter of fact, once we got to Cancun, my children commented that they wished our room in Cancun had beds like the Comfort Inn in St. Louis. The hotel offered transportation to the airport & parking while we were gone for $10 per day which is very comparable to surrounding airport parking, maybe a little cheaper. The driver that picked us up from the airport was very friendly & helpful. I would definitely stay there agian & would recommend that hotel to anyone.

Location was a plus and overall a good deal. I was not impressed with tv channel selection (free channels.) Geared for business customers but a nice place to stay for anyone looking for a budget hotel.

The hotel didn't look all that great from the outside but once we walked into the clean, nicely appointed lobby we knew that things would be good. The room was clean and the beds had big, fluffy comforters on them. We were in a corner room and didn't hear any other guests. The hotel pool was great - lots of fun for the kids. There wasn't much parking but the hotel did have an overflow space way in the back. I was completely satisfied with our stay here and would definitely go back again.

Out of a 5 day stay, there were 2 nights that my room was not cleaned. After notifying management, I was told that if I was not satisfied, I could leave the hotel. Very unfortunate incident and quite a negative experience.

Hotel was not bad. Very quick pickup service at airport. Good free breakfast. Did not like layout of bar/restaurant - no separation between smoking area and nonsmoking. Overall not a bad value for the money.

Comfort Inn is normally a nice hotel, however we found this hotel to be dirty and not well kept. The location was also in a questionable neighborhood. It was very disappointing.

This Doubletree Club has just installed the new Sweet Dreams beds and linens - quite lovely and very clean room. Not along the "row" with other airport hotels, but worth the extra few blocks. Service was very good except in the Au Bon Pain restaurant. Not a big problem since there are several other restaurants within walking distance - Church's, Steak& Shake, Waffle House, etc.

The hotel in general was very good. Room was spacious, clean and welll lite. Restaurant is only sandwiches and they were out of several items. Breakfast not worth the money.
