| The location of the hotel was perfect-right on hwy 101 and very close to all the wineries. Making our stay very pleasant and fun. The room was spacious and clean. Can't wait to go back there again!

| While the room was very clean along with the rest of the hotel, there should have been at least a mini fridge or microwave in the room. The business center was very 'ala carte' without so much as a computer available for internet use without a credit card. Not so in many other upscale hotels.

| Only smoking room available upon checkin. Keys didn't work. Had to request a hair dryer. Restaurant staff was overwrought and let it be known since they had been so busy - we shouldn't have to put up with that. Couldn't get room temperature comfortable no matter how low we put the temperature.
