I stayed in this hotel for 5 days on business. I found this room immaculate and comfortable. I would certainly stay here again for business or pleasure. The only suggestion I would make is to install refridgerators.

While family stayed at high priced hotel, I languished in style at this hotel. Loved the breakfast area, toasted, made waffles, and sampled many coffees - perfect start of each of my fun filled days. Had a mini fridge and microwave in the room, as well. My family had none of the above! Its so close to everything, too.

I was very pleased with my room. The king size bed was very comfortable and the room was kept very clean! The continental breakfast was nice but it was very busy when I was there and there wasn't enough seating.the only thing that I thought they had but actually don't is a wading pool for small children. There is an area that has a small pool, but the fountain is so high pressure that you can't get anywhere near it with small children. It is more like a water fountain for bigger kids to get soaked under. If the fountain was off it would have been a perfect spot for babies. The hotel is very easy to get to and to get to area attractions!

The hotel was what you should expect for a 2.5 star hotel. The positive's included an excellent continental breakfast, especially helpful for families. They have free coffee 24 hours a day, fresh make-your-own waffles, juice bar, and an assortment of cereals, bread, rolls, and some fruit. The beds were pillow top and very comfortable. The bathroom was not as clean as I would have liked it, but otherwise the room was serviceable. I would specify a pool, or street front view or you might wind-up with a view of the storage buildings in back. It was nicer than some 3 star hotels I have stayed in minus the view.

Advertised with wireless access. I was suppose to be working, but never could get access in my room. I could get it everyplace until I walked in my door and it was gone. The desk gave me a number to call, but that didn't work because the problem was there was not enough frequency to reach the back part of the motel. Trying to work in the lobby with 4 children was impossible. The front desk really didn't care & the messages didn't get from one shift to the next so I would have to explain all over again. Was never offered a room where I could get access.

This little hotel is a great deal for the money. The pool is beautiful (not to mention it is open until 11pm)..the rooms were well kept. The staff were very helpful and polite. The only big drawback I have here is the breakfast area was way to small to accomodate everyone. But, with the great breakfast they offer, I can see why no one wanted to go elsewhere! Everything was well stocked and fresh. This isn't a hundred dollar a night hotel, so don't expect that service but for the money you pay, you CAN NOT beat this lil place. Would deffinatley stay here again!!!

Nice Comment #1 - The breakfast was very nice. No meats, but it was a good start to your vacation marathon walking. Well stocked, clean, and neat. It is crowded! Plan to head back to your room or eat by the pool - the sign says no food, but the staff allows it. Nice Comment #2 - The staff was nice. It is not Disney World staff with those huge grins at all times, but they are attentive and polite. Requests filled quickly. Nice Comment #3 - The common areas of the hotel are nice: gift shop, breakfast area w/ televisions, nice pool area, mini-bar area at night. But, as this hotel is one of the older/less expensive Orlando options...it has its downfalls: Bad Comment #1 - Room condition was poor. There were faucet/tub/toilet leaks. Maid constantly left the tub drain closed, which would cause half a tub full of sitting water to build up. Our toilet paper dispenser was hanging OFF the wall completely - was barely holding on by some dirty puddy and tape! Bad Comment #2 - As with darn near any Orlando hotel... hecklers in the lobby with their discount tickets to the parks. Don't bother with them. If you want to buy a timeshare, go on over. If not, save your precious vacation time and buy trustworthy tickets on site. Bad Comment #3 - The grounds, hallways, parking lots are a bit rundown and creepy. The outdoor halls have lots of corners and turns that are too dark to send kids out alone. Some better lighting would help this problem. Overall, a good stay to save $$. I'd stay here again!

For the price, this hotel can not be beat. When I arrived, my room was clean and cool. They allowed my cat to stay at the hotel for an additional $10 per night. The hotel provides free breakfast, free wireless internet, and free shuttles to Universal, SeaWorld, and WetN'Wild. However, only one shuttle went to SeaWorld and it may be more convenient to drive (We drove to Sea World after the shuttle from Universal was over 20 minutes late to pick us up). Another problem of the shuttles is that provide too many tickets and people are forced to cram in and stand the entire ride. This, I would assume, would be a huge liability for them because there is nothing to hold on to if you are standing and is unsafe. My only other complaint is that the bathroom in the lobby was extremely gross and that the shower heads in the room are so low that I hit my head on it several times (i'm 5'7"). Still, I would stay there numerous more times again. The rooms themselves were cleaned, houskeeping was efficient, and it's a great deal.

Although I rated this hotel on the low side there were a couple of exceptions worth mentioning. The pool is quite nice compared with other hotels in the area. Second, the continental breakfast was family friendly and even had a make your own waffle station. If I was to stay here again, I would ask which of the rooms had most recently been upgraded and insist on one of them. Many of the rooms are old and in a significant state of disrepair.

I like the location, which is very close to Universal, and right on the corner of International Drive, where all the restaurants and entertainment places are. The only observation is that the hotel was so crowded in June because of the spring break that you cannot find a place to sit eat your breakfast. Breakfast was a mess because of that, everyone fighting for a table, but this is a very small detail. All the rest was pretty decent for the price and service was very good.

Rooms were adequate - basically what one would expect in a high traffic vacation area like Orlando. Bathroom is tight. Rooms had microwave and fridge. Pool was in excellent condition. Breakfast bar was a madhouse, but in general food was kept in supply. Very satisfied with front desk service; polite, and quick to respond. Easy access to both Disney and Universal. Lots of restaurants within 5 miles. I'd stay there again.

The Hotel was a bit noisy. Our neighbors were extremely loud, but that's not the hotel's fault. The breakfast was fabulous (Waffles, bagels, eggs, fruit, pastries). And wonderfully soft beds. The hotel is close to everything! It's just down the block from the theme parks. We would ABSOLUTELY stay here again. Enjoy.

Hotel front desk was helpful in several instances. Beware of the concierge who will try to get you to listen to some sales talk about buying vacation rental you probably can't afford since you are staying at this hotel in return for cheaper dinner - not worth the hassle. Room was clean and comfortable - lots of options for breakfast - although for the holidays hotel was busy and dining area very noisy. Be sure to get a room not right next to stairwell - it's a bit noisy too. We weren't in the room very much, except to sleep and shower, so it was OK for us.
