| Courteous service throughout the hotel. Experienced a small incident with beeping smoke detector, but timely response from maintenance staff corrected that. Overall, I enjoyed my staff.

| Room was average and clean. Multiple dining options and all that we tried were very good. Second hand smoke was heavy in many areas of the casino.

| We had a great time at this hotel. Price was right and everything you needed was right downstairs. They had a place where we could leave the kids while we played some bingo. The kids really enjoyed the video games and the huge jungle gym. 10 minutes to the strip and downtown and close to shopping malls.

| Convenient to the Las Vegas Convention Center (we had our car) - parking at the Monorail/Sahara St. either walking or taking the rail to the Conv. Center. No Strip traffic -- No long lines to the hotel buffet (which rates about 3 of 5 stars on my list).

| The hotel was very nice and clean. The hotel registration was quick and friendly. The rooms as secure as only hotel guests with room keys are allowed in the guest rooms areas. They have security checking for room keys from 3:00 p.m to 7:00 a.m. I felt safe. There was easy access to the hotel from the freeway, and the strip is only 15 minutes away. I will probably stay here again, as it was a bargain.
