| Hotel was clean and close to the French Quarter. Parking garage across the street saves you on valet parking. Rooms were clean & hotel nice, only drawback is that rooms are very small! Enjoy your stay!

| The hotel was basically neat and tidy. However, the rooms were extremely small and there was little counter or table space. The valet parking service gets a big 'zero'. As a single woman traveling with two children, staff watched while I unloaded and loaded my own baggage at arrival and departure without offering any assistance. The parking situation, overall, was horrendous with long waits to have the valet service get the car or having to walk to the lot to get it myself.

| I reserved a non-smoking room with a queen size bed. When I arrived they had a smoking reservation. They fixed that, but our bed was a full rather than a queen. However, all in all, the staff was quick and courteous, the hotel was quiet, the room was very clean and the view from the 11th floor was decent.

| We had a wonderful experience at the Q&Cresent! It was everything we wanted. This was hubby & my first time to stay at a non 5 star hotel. I figured since we were not going to spend to much time in our room and much time out on Burbon street we could get by with a boutique style hotel. I loved this hotel! It was very romantic and we were impressed. We would stay again. I also thought we would have to take cabs on the way back from being out. Everything is in walking distance. We didn't have to pay for a cab at all besides on the way to & from the airport. Overall....great experience for our anniversary!

| My room was nice but too small and dark. One of the elevators did not work for much of my stay, necessitating long waits for the other elevator or using the stairs, which did not have access to the main floor. You had to exit to the street and then come back into the hotel. I would not use this hotel again.

| We stayed in the annex across the street. They didn't allow us to move to the main hotel across the street, which seemed nicer. Small bed, small room, smelled a bit like cat urine. Bad view, poor lighting. Very thin walls with noisy neighbors. Great location--convenient to convention center and French Quarter. No free breakfast. Cozy bar area in main hotel.

| Nice and friendly hotel. I stayed in the main building (they also have an annexe). Comfortable room. Cleaning services tended to be more and more "incomplete" as the days went on. Main attraction of the hotel is the really good location of the hotel for a fair price: close to the French Quarter as well as from the Convention Center (walking distance). The best for a business trip, with some leisure time at nights!

| My wife and I found this hotel to be an excellent value. It was well maintained, our room was clean and very comfortable, although on the small side. The location was good, being in easy walking distance of the old quarter, the casino, congerence center, shopping mall, business district, etc. There is no dining room, but there are lots of plaaces to eat nearby. We would stay there again.

| The Hotel was very clean and the room was nicely decorated and furnished. Overall I would rate the accomodations as very good. The only downside is the very small bathroom with little storage space for toiletries. The view from the hotel was also a little disappointing. Otherwise it had a great location near the French Quarter and Bourbon Street. Everything worth seeing is within walking distance as are many fine eating establishments. I would recommend this hotel as a great value and would not hesitate to stay there again on my next visit to New Orleans.

| This hotel is in a very central location to the french quarter and other attractions and was clean, however the bed was very uncomfortable and the water pressure in the shower was very low. Additionally, when we checked out they had charged us for two items that we did not use (minibar and long distance call). They did take it off our bill, but be aware to review your bill before you check out.

| Requested a non-smoking room. Got a cramped, grubby, poorly-lit smoking room that smelled like a cigar factory. Only one bedside light worked. Elevator wait excessive. Breakfast offering was poor quality and way overpriced. Reservation system was unreliable. I tried to reserve on the phone, but was told there were absolutely no rooms; however, I went to Expedia and got a reservation immediately.

| We had eight rooms in this hotel. The Hotel is very European as in small rooms, but very nice. The only problem we had was a big one, with eight rooms reserved and paid for, they gave away one of the rooms before the party could occupy it. One of our party was late, however, we notified the hotel of the fact. When they finally showed up the following day, the hotel had sold the room and would not or could not make it good!

| While in New Orleans over the New Year's holiday, my fiance and I chose to stay at the Queen and Crescent Hotel. We first chose this hotel due to it's proximity to the French Quarter, and we were happy that we did so. It was in the perfect location. We were just a two to five minute walk into the French Quarter, but were also just minutes away from other interesting sites, such as the Riverwalk and the St. Charles streetcar. Yet even being so close, the hotel was very nice, clean and quiet. We were very pleased with the service at the hotel, especially at the front desk. They were extremely helpful and were able to answer any questions that we might have had, at any time of day. We would definitely stay at this hotel again, and recommend it to our friends and family.Sincerely,Debbie

| The hotel was nice and well kept. Room was nice--small and very dark, but clean and nicely decorated. A safe is provided in every room and is very easy to use...nice security feature. Our room was in the "annex", which is the building next to the main hotel. If I were going to stay at this hotel again, I would specify that I wanted to stay in the main building as there are limited services in the annex (not even a vending machine). As I am a people person, I felt a disconnect from the front desk staff from being in a separate building, but that probably wouldn't bother most people. The only really negative experience we had was that our room was left open all day one day by the houskeeping staff. I was less annoyed than I might have been since all our valubles were in the safe, but very concerned nonetheless. Overall, the experience was positive and I would stay there again, but I would ask to stay in the main building.

| This is a nice hotel but the rooms are extremely small. The hotel is not quite as close to the French Quarter as it claims. During the busy season, park your own car. The valet service takes way to long when checking out and it's more expensive. Not a lot of places within walking distance to eat and no room service. They do have menu's from places that will deliver to the hotel.
