| in addition to the std hotel room, you get a loveseat w/ coffee table and a decent sized kitchen w/ cooktop, oven, fridge, and microwave. there's enough room to host a small pre or after party. the staff is great - very helpful. there are cookies in the lobby to greet you in the evening, coffee in the morning. the only complaints are the dark 70s motif in the kitchen and a handful of black mold patches in the grout of the shower wall (tilex should take care of this). everything else was clean.

| The room is large, with a kitchen. In Baltimore there are no stors within walking distance to purchase groceres so it does you little good. The pluming must be very old because it is impossable to regulate the water temp.

| The high-speed internet was complimentary, the staff was friendly and helpful. When I forgot my network cable, they gave me one at no charge. They say that the Plaza is the "better" of the Tremont hotels in Baltimore, but if it is, then it's better only in the most rudimentary of ways.

| When we arrived the valet person took our keys and showed us where the cart was to bring our own luggage up to the room. We then asked if the complimentary shuttle would take us to dinner, but it wasn't available. The room was clean, but the headboard fell off the wall. The morning we were leaving we called ahead a half hour to get our car. We were told to call ahead 10min to allow some time to get it. We went down stairs holding all of our luggage in hand of course and waited 45 minutes for the car. We figured we would eat the complimentary breakfast which consisted of a help yourself table. The table was comprised of bagels, muffins, fruit, coffee, tea, etc. NOT IMPRESSED

| Surprisingly comfy, it's about 6 blocks from the Inner Harbor area. Spacious rooms, great service, and reasonable prices make this a wonderful destination; we'll seek it out next time we're in town.

| I chose this hotel because it was close to a Museum. I had requested a non-smoking room and got one that smelled like an ashtray. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned from the previous guest. I asked for something from the front desk and received it two hours later. . . There was no tv guide, and one of the remotes didn't work. There seemed to be no way to control the temperature in the room. It was a suite, with a kitchen: no flatware, not enough glasses, etc. Coffee pot broken. A terrible place to stay, especially at that price. Don't go there.

| My only complaint, and this may sound silly given this is a suite hotel, with kitchenettes in the rooms, is that there are no vending machines in the hotel. If you are unfamiliar with the city and/or busy all day, you may not get to a convenience store during the day, so it is water or head to the bar at night if you are thirsty. Staff is helpful, courteous, rooms are comfortable and attractive. Would stay here again, but will bring drinks/snacks!

| I have now stayed here twice, enjoyed it both times. The location is great for downtown Baltimore, good restaurants are all around, and it feels safe for downtown Baltimore. The hotel itself is quite unique, an old apartment bldg converted to hotel, and the rooms themselves are huge, lots and lots of space, and while it is not brand new, everything is in place, it is very clean, efficient, and the beds comfortable. The only downside is that the internet hook-ups are still dial up, unlike many hotels today that offer wireless hook-up, this would be my only criticism of the hotel. The staff is friendly, efficient, and the hotel shuttle will take you around within a few miles of the hotel, like the train station, that is quite convenient too.

| The Tremont Park is small and old, which could be quaint but it isn't. There is one computer for check-in/check-out which was problematic. The room smelled old and musty. An area of carpet in the bedroom between the 2 beds was chronically damp. The service people were stressed, and while they were not welcoming, they were not rude. The star was chef. Dinner was very good.
