| Had the opportunity to spend five great days at NY NY in Vegas during the last week of May. Overall we found that NY NY had good service from all the staff (front desk to housekeeping), a very clean and comfortable room (not loud - but this is Vegas) and lots of things to do (including the gambling). Will stay at NY NY next time we go back!

| My wife and I stayed at the New York New York for a few days in May and we both enjoyed it very much. Although the food there was expensive, and the pool hours and rules were not so good, we really did enjoy the hotel and atmosphere. It's a bit south on the strip, but if you don't mind the walk it really is a decent place to stay with plenty of places to eat and lots of stuff to do. My wife and I will most likely stay there again.

| The only drawback to our stay at this location was the pool. The hours were from 9:00 to 6:00 and you could not bring any outside food or drink into the pool area. So if you are looking for a location with a place to read and drink coffee in the morning New York New York is lacking.

| My wife and I were in Vegas for 3 nights at the end of March. We stayed in a Marques Suite - very spacious, clean, and only heard occasional noise in the hallway. Especially liked the fact that there was very little smoke in the casino to bother my extreme allergies. The roller coaster was visible outside our window but we never seemed to be in our room when the coaster was running. We went to Vegas to have fun and we did, and we truly enjoyed staying at NY NY!

| Just got back from our trip. Hotel was not what we expected. Service was awful - we arrived shortly after 12:00 a.m. exhausted from our flight, to a HUGH line for check in. Only three indivduals working, I want to know where the smiling people are that people are raving about on these reviews...However, we did get an upgrade and to our surprise the way they described it we were staying in a grand suite...we ended up with two queen beds although we requested King, the room was not clean the bathroom was plain white - nothing of what we expected, it looked like a regular room nothing spectacular. you can difinately find another hotel with better service...I would give this hotel an overall OK...definately will not be staying there again.

| I have to admit, this hotel must create a distorted impression about the capital of the world if you judge it based on the quality of service and rooms in it. All rooms were mixed up: got smoking instead of none, two beds instead of one king, terrible bedding and old appliance in the room. For the money they ask for, look for another hotel!

| We arrived at New York ,New York, not expecting too much other than a room for the week. We were greeted and treated to a service level that is very uncommon today. Every staff member at NY NY , went out of tehir way to make our stay enjoyable, The hotel is clean, comfortable and everyone there is truly a professional in dealing with their customers. We will always stay at NY NY, there is no other hotel in Las Vegas taht could match their quality of service.

| Second visit to Vegas in 6 months. Stayed At NYNY both occasions. We love this hotel. Room was great, clean and roomy. House keeping was very efficient. Hotel staff treated us great, made us feel very important and comfortable. As the weekend got closer the hotel got crowded. Valet and Taxi service are unbeatable. Highly recomend staying here. A littel on the pricey side but its well worth it.

| When we stopped by the NYNY casino in December during our vacation, the mood was fun and festive. We booked a room at the hotel when we returned in March for a convention and found that the hotel was disappointing. Staff couldn't bother to smile, check-in left us waiting 6 hours for a room. The room was basic and the hotel charges for everything extra from fridge to chairs! You'd think they would offer that stuff for free so you'd have money to spend in their casino. Also, the roller coaster is fun but if you stay at NYNY, you are guaranteed to hear at least some part of the ride from your room.

| This is a nice Hotel to stay at and would stay again. However I would not recommend the Salon or the Spa--paid for services I didnt receive. I took a Spa package that included a 75 min. facial that only last 50 min. max. I got my hair colored and cut and styled very pricey but what you would expect for Vegas. I had to come home and have my hairdresser "fix" my cut & color. Emailed the hotel and only received one response. Never heard from the Salon Owner. Dont use the Salon Service and make sure you get what you pay for at the Spa.

| We requested a king size bed on higest floor. Upon check in we got two doubles on the 12 floor. Next day we moved twice, first to a king room on 20 floor not facing strip any more, another request. Then the second switch of the day put us in a king size room that had an express elevator as our roommate, listed to that elevator all day and night. Over crowded on weeked with barley room to move. Also the NYNY staff has set up a bottleneck going into Soho so the can try andfd sell you into seeing a sales presentaion on their lateset resort.

Nice hotel and very nice workers, good food, bathrooms could be bigger and the walls are veryyyy thin you can hear everything going on in the halls and other rooms, bring earplugs problem solved!! Check in early if possible gets very busy around 3:00pm or use airport sign in.Had a problem in the room, they told me 20 min. they were there in 5, and room service was prompt and good.

| This was the cleanest most accomodating hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was absolutely spotless and very comfortable. With a wide variety of restaurants, and shopping, you will never have to leave the hotel. Although, I would still recommend checking out the rest of the strip! The America restaurant is something they don't advertise very much, but should. The food there is awesome, and the price is right too. My only complaint is they closed down the ESPN Zone bar for a private party for two days right in the middle of the NFL Playoffs!! Not a very good call on their part. Overall, a great experience, and quite honestly, I would probably never stay at any other hotel on the strip. Thanks!!

| I stayed for one night in the broadway room. The room was large with two queen beds. The room was clean and quiet. The bathroom was clean, yet a little small in my opinion for two people to occupy at the same time. Check in and check out was very quick. We had left behind a jacket which wasn't found, however the hotel was nice enough to reimburse us for it. Overall, a good time and nice hotel.

| Arrived in Las Vegas at 10 a.m. and checked-in at the airport. Service was prompt and our room was ready when we arrived at the hotel around 12 noon. Rooms were very clean and comfortable and service was excellent. Saw Zumanity...beautiful show. Drawbacks: Restaurants are overpriced but we walked down the strip and ate there. Coyote Ugly is just a bar for people in their 20s...not impressed. Were not able to walk much because of the heat...it was 116 degrees every day during our stay!!! Visited almost every hotel casino on the strip and had a great experience.

| This hotel was great! Our room was clean and maintained well for our stay. I agree with another "reviewer" that our air conditioner didn't work as well as we would have liked, but it kept the room comfortable - you just slept without being covered with the sheet or blanket. The food was great. We also received coupons for free hot dogs/pizza. Our children loved that! My husband and I were able to eat what we wanted and we were able to get the children what they wanted.

| Our rooms were comfortable and nice, great location with much to see within walking distance. Great views of the mountains from the rooms. The casino in the hotel is fun. Many places to eat with an american style cafe with good prices for breakfast. Only noise was the roller coaster outside the window but it stops running at 10pm most nights and does not start up again until 10am. I would recommend this hotel, we had no problems or inconvienence. It was fun and a nice place to be.

| Brighter bulbs in the guest rooms are needed. Fortunately I had along a tensor lamp which I used to read by. Some of us do spend some time in the rooms. Even unpacking was not bright enough. I'm planning on traveling with my own bright bulb in the future. The ambience of the NY streets was very nice. "In the city" but indoors. The Central Park theme in the casino made for a more pleasant time with trees overhead.

The crowd handling was superb, the food was very good, the players club gave us money back, t-shirts, and food comps and we are minnows in the vegas ocean compared to the Whales! Room was very spacious and we had 4 adults staying in one room. The view was excellent and the location was very accomodating. Book ahead to get the best deal as we found it to be a bit pricey for our return trip in Feb. Enjoy!

| We to Las Vegas and stayed at New York-New-York on a leisure trip. Registration staff was very nice, but they sent us to the wrong tower and wrong room. They gave us a card with the (wron) room info written on it. But, a quick call from a hallway courtesy phone to the front desk was all it took to get it straightened out. The place was clean and our room was quiet, with the exception of the roler-coaster going overhead. Coyote Ugly was a bit of a disappointment and the service at the "America" restaurant was poor. Good experience overall.
