The customer service at this hotel was excellent. The front desk was very helpful suggesting places to eat. The rooms were clean, although the bathrooms could use updating. The pool was nice to swim in after a long day. The hotel is very well kept and family oriented. It is in a very busy touristy area. The pool and center court area of the hotel, however, is well secluded from the road and very quiet. I would not hesitate to suggest this hotel to someone who is looking for a nice place to stay, that is clean, close to attractions, and family friendly, and a great price.

People were very nice, room was ok, mattress was not great and bathroom could of been cleaner. But for the money is was fine as we only slept there. Pool was nice and well kept. They are remodeling and improving, so all and all it was ok.

Having never been to Florida before, I don't know if all hotel rooms there have a funny/old smell. They were apparently in the middle of remodeling and our room hadn't been done yet. It was clean enough. There were clean linens and the bed was made every day. There was a microwave and small refrigerator. I might go back, but, would prefer a room in better condition.

This hotel is not a 5 Star but is ok if you are looking for somewhere to lay your head down for the night. I chose this location for the simple reason it was not expensive and worked with my budget constraints.

Hotel was in terrible condition. Breakfast was horrible and the complimentary shuttle was a joke; there was one shuttle to each park at 8am and the only other shuttle was on the way back to the hotel at 10pm. Either you stayed at the park all day or you were forking over the cash for taxis. I invited Florida friends to visit and I purchased them an additional room the night they arrived. Their first room had no running water so we moved them to another. The next room had a flood from the air-conditioners and the carpet was absolutely soaked. They decided to stay only because it was midnight and they were tired. I recommend spending a few more dollars per night so that you can enjoy friendly staff, nicer rooms, reasonable park shuttles, and a continental breakfast that offers more than white Wonder Bread and apples.

The hotel itself is not of good quality. The positive side is the low price, free shuttle service. The free breakfast is not good at all.

New owners have taken over so they seemed to be updating everything. Overall it's a nice place to stay when your just sleeping and on the go. Not a place for kids who want something to do.

The hotel is fine if you are just looking for a room for the night. The free breakfast is awful, the staff is indifferent. This is a cheap hotel though and the rooms are pretty clean.

We reserved a king size bed and when we got there we received two double beds, so we got off on the wrong foot. The room was extremely clean, but smelled like bleach and the shower faucet wouldn't turn off. Also, when taking a shower the 2nd day, the water was cold. It was a convenient location and the room was cheap, so it was ok.

I called the night before to confirm a king room with pull-out couch. Upon arrival we were given a double room and told that there was no record of our call. Another couple at the counter was told the same thing. The first room we were given had mildew/mold covering the walls in the bathroom and living area. It smelled like a musty basement. We were given another room, a double, and it was better, but still had some mold/mildew. The carpeting was a dark color, probably to hide to massive amount of dirt embedded in it. I walked from the front door to the sink and back, and my white socks looked like I had walked outside. The staff was very nice and the courtyard was nice. The pool needs some work, but was alright.
