| The staff was very courteous and helpful. They offer a complimentary continental breakfast and a small computer room to guests. Free parking and helpful maps given by the hotel. Within walking distance of the Seattle Center.

| The facilities were not great, but there were few additional charges to worry about (internet access, parking included). The continental breakfast was acceptable, but just. Very carb-heavy. Convenient for visits to Seattle Center; a quick cab ride or (when available) shuttle to downtown. The room was a bit musty, but less noise from Hwy 99 than you might expect.

| This hotel is far better than a two star rating whould imply. This is the place to stay if you wanna check out Seattle Center. If you want to check out more of Seattle, they offer free shuttle service downtown (scheduled, ususally no more than a 30 min. in advance) so I saved bucks since I didn't rent a car. The free breakfast was rockin - you get to make your own waffles (more bucks saved). The in room fridge and microwave were more useful than I thought they'd be. There is free internet access too. I was on the second floor and could hear some noise above but nothing preventing sleep. You shouldn't be hanging out in your room anyway!

| Hotel was in a good location for easy access to bus and monorail. Great that you didn't have to pay extra for hotel parking and it was very secure. Room was comfortable - nice and clean, although the cleaning staff did not leave additional toiletries the entire 4 days that we were there. Continental Breakfast was great - more than we expected. Nice to have the free shuttle, if you need it.

| The location was great. The motel has different levels, ask for a room above the first floor, because the first level is half basement level and is damp. Smelled like theinside of a clothes hamper. The room was well used, bedspreads shot, mattress shot, carpet stained. Other roomscould be better..but please call and ask. Motel has underground parking, this is included with the price of your room. nice in seattle. City bus to safeco field is walking distance, monorail to downtown shoppingis also walking distance. I would stay here again. The employees were nice. If I would have complained about basement room, I'm sure they would have moved me, butWe only stayed one night.
