| Ok hotel to stay in for a few days. Comfortable accomodations. Nice size room (I stayed in the Queen room) Bathrooms are very small. And you can hear everything that goes on in the hall. Other than that no complaints. I did not have any meals in the hotel, because there are various other options in the immediate area.

| The Hospitality House is walking distance to both Colonial Williamsburg and the College of William and Mary. The rooms are large and clean and the free underground parking is a plus. The overall impression is somewhat lugubrious, with long, poorly-lit corridors and frumpy decor.

| Hotel was great. The room was in good shape, very clean, and the service was fine. If you want to stay right at the colonial district this is a very good choice.

| We got a good 'deal' at this hotel in Williamsburg. But, as the title says, you get what you pay for. The a/c in the rooms wouldn't cool the air no matter how you cranked it, and with temperatures in the mid-90s, that wasn't pleasant. The rooms were very humid and sticky. Apparently, the week before there was NO air at all! Rooms were very clean. Amenities are nothing fancy, but that isn't what we were there for. It was convenient to local attractions.

| All in all it was a pleasant stay, the bellman (Kevin)was 2nd to none and very accomodating. We got over looked by maid service once, and we had some damages in the room but requested they wait til our departure to repair. It is 2 blocks from Colonial Williamsburg, and there is a great restaraunt (Paul's Place) just around the corner from the motel, and a great WaWa store. We would stay here again!

| Staff is friendly. Rooms are clean. This year and last stayed there in June and July. Air conditioning system in the rooms is inadequate making sleeping very difficult. The system must be antiquated because the humidity and temperature in the rooms were high (Thermostat set on 60 and room temp between 74 and 80 with the carpets damp from the humidity).

| Oversized room with comfortable bed; bathroom needed some work. Restaurant staff went out of their way to please. Good food, but a little expensive. Overall, a great place to stay when visiting Williamsburg- you can park the car and walk. An enjoyable stay!

| Pros: I can't say enough about the location of the hotel in regards to Colonial Williamsburg. We walked to Duke of Glouster street (Merchant's Square) in about five minutes. Right up Richmond Road the opposite direction are dozens of restaurants to choose from. Cons: On site food was pricey (as are most on site hotel restaurants, you pay for convenience). The wireless internet access is not free, and unless you plan on doing a lot more than just checking your email then the cost just isn't worth it.

| The hotel was very nice as far as cleanliness. However the TV was a 17" very disappointing for the cost of this room. When asked about this and the lack of a chair in the room, never got an answer on the TV however was given another room which was identical to the previous room - 17" TV and all. The parking garages were very confusing. There are 4 and different elevators at opposite ends of the hotel.

| My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Williamsburg Hospitality House. We found the accommodations very charming and the service very much indicative of traditional southern hospitality! Our stay was over Thanksgiving, and what a better place than to be in colonial Williamsburg at this time! Prices were reasonable, both with the hotel and the dining facilities on the premises. We will most certainly look forward to staying here again!

| Location excellent - rapid response to a room change request (we were given a room with 2 full beds, rather than 1 queen as requested when booking), however very slow response to fixing an item not working in our room.

| For an older hotel the Hospitality House is kept up very well. Our room was clean and pleasant to stay in. They upgraded us to a suite at no extra charge because they didn't have a standard room available. Liked the fact that it was a short walk to downtown attractions and restaurants.
