We stayed in the Augustus Tower. It was beautiful. The room was enormous, clean, and very elegant. I felt like a princess. There is two plasma tv in the room- one bd room and the other in the bathroom. Sheets/pillows were shotless and smelled very clean. I was very impressed.

For the price, Caesars was an incredible disappointment. I have stayed at other hotels on the Strip and found this one to have the worst customer service. In addition to that, the restaurants are average. I would not stay here again nor recommend it.

Stayed at Ceasars because we were seeing Celine's show Saturday evening. Hotel is fine, but someone needs to come upstairs and CLEAN THE ROOMS. Not just clean them, but change the skanky curtains, get the upholstery clean, etc. First night...pulled back the bedspread, a lone, dirty sock greets us. Yuck. Second day, something out of the corner of my eye...what's this? Down in the couch cushions, two additional dirty socks. Again, neither were mine. So I've now found three socks, all dirty, none mine. After check in wait of 15 minutes, walk to room, keys don't work. Go to call security, no house phone on floor 19 in the palace tower. Lots of inconveniences, very dirty, and a disappointment.

This hotel is extremely beautiful and clean. Our room was so clean it looked like the tile and tub in the bathroom was brand new. They did not have the non-smoking room we requested, but they upgraded us to a better room (bigger). What can you say about this place - gorgeous. All of the people there were helpful and nice. We ordered room service and it was incredible. One of the best things - I did not hear other guests the whole time we were there and did not hear any water running. Definitely a luxury and worth staying here.

The Hotel is old but beautiful. The shower had evidence of water leaks in the past. Dust bunnies on the bathroom floor. We were given a smoking room and told it was a non-smoking room. When we requested to change rooms it was very difficult for the employee to figure out how to do that. It took several hours to accomplish. We were told that smoking or non-smoking is just a REQUEST and they don't have to help us. The room next to us with a door in-between were smoking non-stop. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Caesars Palace, a huge palatial, ornate, ediface, is located in the center of the Strip, which is good. What is bad, Caesars does not have a coffee shop or even a simple deli, where you can go for a quick bite, breakfast or sandwich. I stood in line for 45 minutes to an hour, TWICE, for "Cafe Lago," which serves menu items, but is also home to their "famous" buffet venue. The hosts and hostesses indicated to me that about 85% of the people stuck in line, were there to go to the buffet, so those of us that would like to just get a quick bite had to endure these lines or, were simply out of luck. I observed this line several during my stay. You would think that with a property of this magnitude, Caesars could accommodate a separate area for their buffet. Some of us little people, not looking for buffet with a thousand items, would just like to get some bacon and eggs. They have VIP lounges, VIP this and that and, of course, if you are a "Gold Card" member, you can skip the lines at "Club Lago" and go right in. I got the impression that Caesars focuses most of their attention on the elite. I go to Vegas a few times a year and always stay on the Strip, this experience was bad enough for me to never again book a stay at Caesars. My guess is they probably won't care because they have so many VIPs and Gold Card members staying with them.

We could not be more pleased with our stay at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. The whole staff seemed to cater to us, all we had to do was ask. We never looked for a cocktail waitress in the casino, we never looked for a "change" person and security was evident through out. Check in and check out were a breeze - room service runs 24 hours a day and is unbelievably fast. Due to a mishap with our luggage, we had to make use of the valet-laundry facillity. The clothes were returned perfect. They had gotten all of the grease and grime from the airport luggage handling out of the clothes. This is a wonderful place to stay, and it's where we will stay next year.

My parents have been going to the Palace for as long as I can remember, they would never consider any other place to stay.Their home is 10,000 square feet and they said it feels just as if they were at home. I tried staying @ Caesars and couldnt understand what my parents are doing their? Our sheets were not changed prior to our check in, the bath tub still had used soap in it. Never again!

The location of the hotel is great for being "centralized" in the Strip. Our room was the basic room and we were very surprised at the large soaking tub and excess space. The only thing is that the dressing area could have been a bit bigger. Overall, a great first experience for us!

Although Caesars Palace was beautiful to look at the service surpassed the accommodation. My colleague and I visited a number of hotels while in Las Vegas for 5 days. In all except Caesars Palace we had to hunt down servers and/or waited a substantial amount of time for meals to be delivered. The salon service was also excellent. I plan to return next year and it will be to Caesars Palace.

The in-house dining service was excellent, we ordered breakfast as well as dinner two days and the food always arrived in a prompt manner. The food was fresh, nicely prepared and delicious. We actually enjoyed the food more there in-house than eating out (eating out, the food tastes commercially done at times, and not as fresh).

Room was well appointed and at around 450 sqft larger than most. However, it was not the room reserved as a non-smoking room was not available in the new tower. Too bad though, hotel places you in lower priced room without a refund from Caesars or Expedia. They pocket the difference....quite a racket.
