| Smooth sailing from start to finish. When we checked in they treated us well and were friendly. They treated us so good that they hooked us up with a suite that had a living room with a big screen. It had a dinning room that seated about 6 and had a nice seprate bedroom with a huge bath! Buffet was good and the casino is ok. Ideal place on the strip and walking distance to all the major sights and hotels. The valet seemed to always be full and only for VIP guests but still friendly when they serve you. Good for the price and would come back.

| Harrah's is located fairly central to all the big theme hotels. Nice casino, they have video roulette with a min $2.50 bet - the Rio is the only other casino with this high tech roulette. Only problem- the walls seem thin. We had to listen to drunken fights from the couple next door at 2:30 am two nights in a row. The iron in the room was broken, but they brought a new one right away. Convenient parking garage attached to the hotel, with a monorail station also. Good place for first time visitors who want the "full monty", without the high prices of the theme hotels.

| Our room was great. It was very clean. However, our stay was literally ruined by the harassment from time-share salespeople. Honestly, you couldn't even walk around without being harassed by them. These people just don't give up. We didn't go there for that kind of harassment. We had a much better time at the other casinos in the area. We were there for four nights and after the second day we only went back to Harrah's because that is where our room was. The breakfast buffet is good - but stay away from the dinner buffet. Much better food at the other hotels.

| Excellent reception, there were about 7 people ahead of me and they had me checked in w/a room key within 3 minutes. My room was cleaned twice in one day! Hotel location is spectacular, right in the middle of the most-talked about hotels in vegas. Loved the price, but the free 'show tickets' they give u are good only for sun-thurs or something, useless. No 'funbook' either, but hey you get a good location and a stellar price which can't be beat for a 3.5 star strip hotel. One more flaw: gym charge $20/day and pool charge also.

| For my first time to Vegas I am really glad I stayed on the strip. While Harrah's was a great location on the strip, I thought the hotel was just fine. I honestly was expecting more of a resort atmosphere, but kept in mind that I didn't have a previous Vegas experience to compare it to. The room had TV and a nice bathroom, with relative minimal noise from the other rooms. Most important, our housekeeping was awesome!

| We have just returned from a weekend at Harrah's. Our hotel room was very nice, very clean, and quiet. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. The casino itself was extremely busy and smokey, but there were certainly other places to go. The hotel is centrally located on the strip which made it nice. We would definitely stay at Harrah's again. Good value.

| The good part is that the hotel and casino staff were very friendly. Also, the hotel is centrally located and allowed easy access to the rest of the strip. The bad part was that I had requested a non-smoking room, which was not available when I checked in. They told me that I could switch rooms the next day, but I chose not to hassle with it. One of the beds also smelled like urine, but we only needed one bed. Stay here if you won't be in the room a majority of the time!

Goldfish crackers under the bed and the vent for the heating apparartus was hanging off the wall with dust blowing out from behind the vent. Television reception was snowy and poor. Spend the extra money and stay in one of the top 5 while in Vegas. We sure will next time!

| I was impressed with right out of the door, vendors, popcorn, etc. Only one drawback. During check-in one should be notified that there is a $100. per day chargeto use the nintendo, movies on t.v. and the snack refrigerator, which was refundable at the check out time, but a bit of a shock. I had purposely left my maincredit card at home, only brought 2 that had a lot lessmoney left on them. Luckily, that was enough, but it wasworrysome and uncomfortable to find that out at check-in.

| This was my first trip to Las Vegas and I couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. Our flight from Chicago was delayed due to weather problems which got us to the hotel 5 hours later than expected. When we went to check in, they didn't have the type of room we requested, non-smoking. The hotel put us in a suite for the night since they didn't have a room to complete our reservation, very nice. Everything about the hotel and casino was first class during our stay. The room was very clean and fresh smelling, the food was excellent, the employees were very helpful and courteous, and the casino was fantastic. The casino is large with plenty of machines and game tables for everyone and the operators were very courteous and helpful. We enjoyed our stay immensely and highly recommend Harrah's to anyone going to Las Vegas!

| I liked this hotel. The only thing I had a problem with is that the room was right next to the elevator. The entire night I heard the leveator opening and closing. The next morning I requested a room and was given one without a problem. I was stuck in an elevator with my husband for about 15 minutes. It had sudden drops. Thanks God we were inside with the engineer who turned it off after it suddenly dropped and we stopped between floors and waited for it to be reset. I was hoping for a free night or dinner on them, but no chance.

| Overall, our stay at Harrah's was pleasant. The staff at Harrah's was some of the friendliest we have encountered. Whenever we passed a staff person in the hallway, we were greeted with a smile and a hello. The only suggestion we have is that the hotel provide information in the room regarding services, map, etc. for the hotel. For example, it states that there is room service available, but there were no menus in our room. There was no listing of services offered at the Spa. We had to physically go to the Spa to see what services where offered. A listing of all vendors at the hotel would also be helpful.
