| It was our first visit to Canada, we stayed 4 nights the week of Feb 20, 2006. Weren't sure what to expect from this moderately priced hotel, but were more than pleasantly surprised! Our room was a corner suite on one of the upper floors. We had a nice view of downtown, Chinatown, and the riverfront. The service was great, the room clean, the location very convenient to public transportation and some local attractions. Every member of the staff was very accommodating and courteous. The refrigerator in the room was large enough to store 2 half-gallon drink cartons with plenty of room for other food stuffs. Unfortunate that the TV is in the living room and not in the bedroom but not a big minus. We would definitely consider staying here again!

| THis was by far the best Days Inn I ever stayed at. The only thing that I did think was wierd was my room war super small! They do have bigger rooms but you have to ask for them and pay a little more. And the food was yummy!!!

| For the price that you pay, it is close to Chinatown, St. Catherine, and Old Montreal. Metro is about few blocks away, and close to bars and restaurants on St. Denis.

| My complaint is that there was no safe in the room. Room service folded my clothes among other stuff - whether or not that's a good thing is up for debate.

| The hotel staff was very accommodating, polite, and professional. The elevators had a horrible odor to them... I think the carpets in them need cleaning.

| I know when most people think of the Days Inn, they usually get the picture of a no-frills, very basic place. However, this hotel had marble floors, a crystal chandelier, and prime location. You're minutes walking from the clubs (dance and strip), shopping, Chinatown, just about everything you could want to experience when you go to Montreal. A word of advice though, all the shops on Saturday night close at 6pm so plan your trip accordingly.

| Our three-night stay was great -- at the start, they upgraded us from a Junior suite to a Corporate suite. The bed and pillows were both clean and very comfortable; the wireless access worked like a charm, and the outer mini-room meant that my wife and I could read, sleep, or whatever, without bothering the person in the bedroom.Only minor complaint -- the drink machine on the 3rd floor charged $1.50. However, it only accepted dollar coins ($1 or $2), and not quarters, dimes, etc. So purchasing drinks was difficult -- even with three, $3 coins, you could only buy one drink (since you couldn't use the 50-cents change from the first).
