| The hotel & staff were both very nice. It's not in a great part of town but is very convenient to the airport which is why we chose it. I liked the idea of the security gate. The beds are way too soft though.

| Friendly staff, continental breakfast adequate, carpet stained, check in/out a snap with Expedia reservation, near a large mall, near airport, about what was expected.

| Rooms were clean and neat. Beds very comfortable. Little noisy since I-24 is nearby. On-site remodeling during our stay, but not a problem. Gated entry & exit provides a sense of security. Very nice continental breakfast. Very good value hotel!

| This hotel was a good deal for the money. There are many other hotels in the immediate area, but this was the cheapest we found. The room was decent, clean, and comfortable enough for the price. It's about 15 minutes from both downtown Nashville and the Grand Old Opry, and also very close to many restaurants. The only thing that may affect us staying there again is that it was very close to the airport, and you could hear planes throughout the night! With the a/c on high, it did cover the sound of the planes a lot, but it may be a major downfall for more sensitive sleepers!

| Nothing spectacular here...just a basic room, decent price, convenient location. I noted a bit of a mold issue in the bath, and the location itself can be somewhat noisy, but otherwise it's a good value for an overnight stay.

| If you plan to run the Nashville Marathon or Mini-marathon in April and can't find a spot downtown, this hotel is only 8-9 minutes of a straight shot away from the Coliseum. The showers were hot, the beds were soft, the breakfasts were good, and there was plenty of ice available on every floor for those ice baths!

| The main concern as we pulled into the Peartree close to midnight on a tuesday night was that we couldn't actually go into the lobby area, we had to conduct the business through a 'drive through window' of sorts. Safer for the hotel clerk I suppose, but that just tells you what sort of neighborhood this inn is in. This is not a HOtel, it is a MOtel, where the door to the room leads right outside. Guess I missed that in the description ;) But overall the rooms were OK, fairly clean... and I guess you get what you pay for!
