| We chose the hotel for its location; walking distance to the Ocean Center and Band Shell. It was very noisy at night. While the hotel was clean, it needed many repairs. The phone did not work correctly, our daughter tried to leave messages for us at the desk and they were not relayed to us. There were no directions on how to use the phone system. We would not stay here again. Spring breakers would love the location though.

| This place was VERY dirty and we only had a maid sweep our room once while we were there during our five night stay. Cockroaches were in our room and no one came and sprayed the room for us, even when asked. Police had to come several times to quiet the guests down. We've been to Florida several times and this was something we've never seen before!! I can't believe this place is left open for business!!

| We stayed here February 2005. The room had been remodeled. Several others were in the process of being remodeled. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. The room had several ammenities (microwave, fridge) that we had not expected. We would definitely go back.

| Hotel needs a lot of improvements, from staff to overall maintenance of the units.
