This hotel was hard to find. After 6 hrs of traveling we checked in to a room with a dirty bathroom. There was hair on the floor, toilet and in the shower. The shower drain stopped up every time someone took a shower. Stood ankle deep in backed up water. The next morning we had roach visitors in the restroom.

The only thing this hotel has going for it is location(except at night) and friendly service. The rooms are really small and so are the bathrooms. Finding parking is ridiculous. Color TV was actually more greenish than color. I'm glad I only booked 1 night.

Staff members were friendly and the rooms were very clean. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Hotel staff members do have difficulty with directions to the hotel and to local attractions. We called as we came into the city and asked for directions coming from the North. We were given directions coming from the South.

Good location within walking distance of all attractions - aquarium, CNN, Georgia Dome, downtown. Has great breakfast buffet but the parking garage and rooms are very small. The beds were double sized, not Queen like in most hotels. Parking was very cramped with only a few spaces available and a parking fee is required.

The hotel was relatively clean and the service was decent. I choose hotels based on location and amenities, more than anything. They have a hot breakfast and free wireless internet - and are quite close to downtown. The breakfast was nearly the same food each day. Nothing too exciting, but a better selection than most continental breakfasts out there. I enjoyed grits, sausage and eggs. No whole wheat bread to be found. The fruit medley tasted like honeydew melon. Orange juice was available, as well as waffles! The room was in need of some renovation. There were too few outlets and too many extension cords. There was a refrigerator and a microwave - great for keeping leftovers. The shower pressure was adequate, but a lot of water was lost immediately as it came out the lower spout. Towels were washed every day, even if I was willing to reuse them. (I'm from an environmentally friendly part of the country - where we can reuse towels in a hotel if we want.) The air conditioner was a life saver. The courtyard was nice to be in during the evening. Wireless internet worked all over the place, so I could work outside of my room if I chose. All in all, it was decent. Not to the standard of many, I'm sure, but it had the basics and I was satisfied, overall, with my 5-night stay. Which reminds me... the bed was comfortable! That was a pleasure.

I stayed for 3 nights in this hotel while in Atlanta for a Conference and was very satisfied. Although I had read bad reviews from 2005, the hotel obviously took it on board and made changes. Although its not five star, the rooms were large, clean and comfortable, staff very friendly and helpful and price couldn't be beaten. Centrally located, I would certainly recommend for those on a budget, or any one who wants good value and a good nights sleep.

The hotel was difficult to find, it has limited parking which cost extra. The beds were very uncomfortable, if you use the restroom in the middle of the night the light switch also turns another large light on inside the sleeping quarters, great for waking up your spouse. I found it very noisy, both the traffic outside and adjoining rooms. You can hear every toilet flush and faucet run in the place.

Our standard room (two double beds) was very small--no refridgerator, bath tub, etc; and the hotel was very noisy at night. The shower didn't work on the first day; and throughout our stay, it was impossible to get the hot and cold water adjusted. It was either one (HOT!) or the other (COLD). The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and the full breakfast was a nice amenity. Overall, however, I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay at this property again. Parking is limited and $10.00 a day.

For a relatively poor graduate student visitng Atlanta for business, this hotel was centrally located and was priced well. Free breakfast and cocktail hour also helped. Many popluar sights are within walking distance and the police station was nearby. I felt safe at all times and had no trouble with noise. I had a great experience.

The Best Western Inn at the Peachtrees was a good hotel overall. It is within walking distance of a number of attractions and restaurants. We loved the happy hour and the staff were all very kind and helpful. Our only complaint is that the rooms were very small. We were in a double occupancy and it was very cramped quarters for the four of us. We didn't mind too much because we were busy doing stuff so we weren't there much. The courtyard area was really nice and we hung out there instead of the room.

I have never checked out of a hotel early...until now. There was hair all over the floor in the bathroom, beard whiskers in my washcloth, and blood on my pillow cases. Also, probably NOT the most secure place for women travelling alone (as I was). I was booked to stay for 3 nights, scrounged around and found another place to stay for the last two nights despite the fact I had already paid through the room. I have filed complaint with hotel chain.

This was a very disappointing hotel. I have always had better at Best Western. The Staff were very helpful and the buffet was good, but the room was VERY small, we were in a non-smoking room, but could smell smoke from another room, and the noise level was high - doors slamming all hours of the night. The room was clean and the location was pretty good. Could have stayed in a nicer & newer hotel for the price I paid. Would not stay there again.

There was one staff member who radiated wonderful charm. She is obviously a wonderful person- could be the mayor of Atlanta if she wanted to. The other staff members were fine. The maids were personable and helpful. The room was clean. Make sure that your room is NOT on the side of the current construction going on across the street! I moved my room and all was well. The Hotel offers both breakfast and cocktails (not at the same time thankfully!).

My wife & I stayed at this hotel during the weekend of the SEC championship game. The hotel was sold out and the location of the hotel was awesome! Only 1 block from the start of downtown and it was cool! The hotel staff were great!! There were a lot of homeless people sleeping around the hotel itself and if you go one block the wrong way, you might feel uncomfortable. The room was just ok! The bathroom was old and not really that clean. The rugs were OLD and the smell wasn't the greatest! The bed wasn't that comfy either! The best thing about this hotel is the staff! They are awesome! If you looking for location to downtown, it's great! But IF you leave the hotel and do not go towards downtown and take one block the other way, you'll run into homeless people and a very dark alley!
