| Delicious food, very professional evening entertainment (not to be missed), well-kept pools and grounds and excellent service from bar tenders. This "all-inclusive" is really all-inclusive and an excellent holiday value with great weather at Easter. The only negative is that we found the beds to be too hard.

| The qualton club was a great family resort. It was very relaxing with great service! If you are single and looking for nightlife this is not the place to go. If you are looking for good value for your money it is ideal. We had a wonderful time with NO complaints.

| Went down for Spring Break, we knew from the price we paid for a all inclusive that it was not going to be perfect....but....we had a great time. The Service was excellent, the grounds were very nice, pools were clean and the swim up bar is the perfect place to hang out. Now the down side....Dinner....If you go here plan on having a couple meals out as the food becomes a bit more than one can take day after day....Breakfast is fine and there is lots of variety for lunch...But dinner seems to be the same stuff and not that great. Again the staff at this resort is excellent and we had a great time, give it a try, for the price it can't be beat.

| This is an under rated hotel. The service is exceptional from the moment you arrive to the time you depart. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Food is plentiful(24-7) and good (if you go hungry it's because you choose too). Plenty to drink, wether spirited or not. All staff go out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Tip accordingly, they really earn it! Attractions and activities are bountiful...do not miss going to Ixtapa Island. A great place to travel and stay with the whole family. This hotel is at the top of my list when we return.

| The staff at the Qualton were fantastic - they really try to do anything you ask. The housekeepers, groundskeepers, and servers really go out of their way for you. Buses and taxis are both avaialable right outside of the hotel to take you anywhere. The food is all buffet - we ended up eating breakfast and lunch at the hotel and going out to a different restaurant for dinner each night. The prices were great for the level of service. We missed room service, but got used to it. My one complaint is that our beds were rock hard! Over all - we loved it and are planning on returning next year.

| Enjoyed this place snce it was so close to Ixtapa island. Spent many days over there, on the beach. great snorkeling. Majority of people that stay here are between 55 & 75. We felt like the young ones in our 30's!

| We were very leary when we booked this hotel because of some of the terrible reviews we found. Though the hotel is older, it is well maintained (except the jacuzzi pool does not work) and very clean. Rooms could use updating, especially the bathrooms, but they add to the relaxing charm of the resort. Everyone was very helpful and the staff was attentive. Food was good and plentiful; we never went hungry. Because of the location of the resort, the beach is almost private. Best vacation I've had; very stress-free and relaxing.

| Everyone is very friendly and they try to accommodate! Nice shows every nite! And if ya missed Dinner, you can always order room service! The rooms were always beautifully decorated by the local flowers, the maids are very artistic. Unfortunately, if you drink Corona Beer, don't expect a bottle, it's on tap! But what do you want for all Inclusive, Guacamole is to die for - very fresh!!
