| Located just north of the river and a short 5-block walk to State Street shopping and theatre district. Also within walking distance to Michigan Ave. shopping.

| excellent hotel. computer in room a nice addition. Executive breakfst on 20th flr a must for starting out in Chicago. Public parking adjacent the hotel very convenient. Ground floor restaurant could be improved to offer both standard and elegant cuisine.

| Great service. Only a few problems. Our room had only one robe although we booked the room for under two occupants. They said it was policy to only put one robe in the room and delivered an additional robe promptly. No biggie. And another problem was that the bath towels were very rough. I wish that they would have used a fabric softner for the towels.

| We liked the location close to shopping and losts of places to eat. We ended up in a handicap accessible room and discovered that this would be perfect for my brother who is in a wheel chair. We will recommend the hotel for future vistis. The price was right for the area. The resturant was okay. There are more places to eat within walking distance.

| This is a great hotel, great location, you are short walk to ruths chris(great steak house, harry careys, 5$ cab ride to the michigan mile(some of the best shopping in the country. My wife and i live 20 minutes outside chicago, when we need a weekend down town this is were we stay.

| The air conditioner didn't work. I tried to have them fix it, but they said that it was as cold as it gets. I couldn't even sleep with a blanket it was soooo hot.

| The hotel itself was very clean and modern. There were three of us staying in one room. THe coffee and coffee pot in the room were fine, but we were given one paper cup to use for the three of us (we were expecting REAL cups). We also had to call down for more towels, there were only two in our room. The next day, while we were in town, we were still not given extra towels, our dirty wash cloths were left in the bathtub, and we still had tacky paper cups. I expected more from this hotel. But ya gotta love that Heavenly Bed.

| The hotel lobby was beautiful and very clean. The restaurants service and food were wonderful (including room service). All staff members were helpful polite and courteous. The room was clean attractive and well furnished. The bathroom was clean and attractive with one small exception, the ceiling just outside the shower/tub had some damaged paint from what appeared to be an old leak from the floor above ( no wetness or water, just damaged drywall and paint). All in all a lovely place to stay. We'll be back!!!

| There were several instances where I need help from the hotel staff and was always met with a helpful and cherful attitude. Great location, rooms and staff, what more could your ask for.

| A few light bulbs were out in the bathroom, it made it hard to see. The tub was plugged up, so when you showered you were talking a bath. There were no robes, I had to call and ask for them.

| I was disappointed I had to pay for the fitness room, but not surprised. And I was very disappointed with the breakfast buffet Sunday morning. I was able to have a much better breakfast at a small diner a few blocks away for 1/2 the price. The breakfast buffet needs some tweeking.
