Small room, no tub, but really who needs more space if it's a quick trip. Clean room, helpful friendly staff.

The hotel is fairly close to the airport and that was our main criterion in selecting it. We needed a place to crash after a late flight and this fit the bill. The rooms are small but the hotel is new and well kept. The breakfast provided good variety--much better than most "continental" breakfasts.

The rooms are on the small side but comfortable, and there was a birthday party with lots of children in the swimming pool which was just down the hall, but otherwise it was a nice stay. I'd recommend it to anyone leaving Albuquerque early or getting in late.

It is the cheapest hotel in the airport vicinity with a nice indoor pool/spa (great if you are traveling with kids). This is where I stay everytime I have to travel through the Albuquerque airport.

We arrived early (11am) and checkin wasn't until 3pm. However, after the manager initially told us she wouldn't have a room ready until 2pm, she then called us over to say she did have a room available now. That was a life saver. Also, their website indicates free shuttles to/from the airport but the manager said we could hop on the shuttle and get dropped off at the car rental facility. That was very nice of them. The room is small but cozy, we liked the shower(no tub)and the bed (it was nice and bouncy.) The only problem we had was at around 4pm, my husband called housekeeping for two additional pillows and two more towels. The front desk answered and said that housekeeping was very busy but they'd pass on the message. We left our hotel room at 5pm and didn't return until 1:30am. We stopped by the front desk to request the two pillows and towels (just in case they had not been brought up to our room in our absence). The employee said they were out of pillows and handed us the towels. Well the extra pillows and towels we'd requested were not in our room. At the very least, I like to have a clean room and enough pillows even if the bed is not all that comfortable. Just how hard is to budget for say 3-4 pillows per room anyway? The hotel also served breakfast but we didn't take advantage of it. I would stay there again and just make sure to get the extra towels and pillows when we check in.

I called to make sure I'd be able to get a shuttle right away at 5am, with flight at 6. I was told that it was no problem, sometimes the driver is even there before 5. A large group of us were waiting at 5 and the driver never showed and we could not get any help getting a taxi. We had to wake someone's wife to tranport us in their van. I was made late, missed my flight. Luckily there was another an hour later....

Airport shuttle stops running at 11:00 and when I called at 10:45 was told it had already stopped for the night. Took 45 minutes to get a cab from the airport. On arrival asked if there was anywhere to eat nearby and was told it is not a safe area to walk around in at night. Stayed at other hotels near this airport and would recommend them over this one.

The Sleep Inn is close to the Albuquerque Sunport. Complimentary shuttle service is available to and from the airport beginning at 5:00 a.m. Recommend that one check with front desk on the times the shuttle stops running in the evening. A continental breakfast is available on the first floor off the lobby. Very close to interstate highways for access to greater Albuquerque area and other tourist attractions.

Courteous staff even though they were totally booked and busy. We requested extra pillows and towels and had no problems receiving these items. Our room was clean and comfortable. The room didn't have a microwave, frig, coffeemaker, hairdryer or iron and I don't know if they're available by request - you'd have to ask when booking. The breakfast room had a mirowave available for guest use. This motel had an excellent, free continental breakast... coffee, juice, biscuits & gravy, waffles, cereal, and fruit. Our group was all adults but I think if you had children in your party you might feel a little cramped. We were totally satisfied with our stay and with room rates at this motel.

I thought your motel was great. The desk personnel were very friendly and knowledgable. They also recommended a mexican restaurant to us as well that turned out to be excellent. Your feature of allowing us to leave a vehicle there while traveling is terrific. That is why my wife and I will be booking a room at your Albuquerque in Feb. when we vacation in Playa Del Carman.
