| The hotel itself was nice. The key card didn't work several times and had to go change it out about every other day. The toliet had problems flushing and the shower temp changed when neighbors flushed. (just like home!) The cleanig staff was super nice. The staff at the desk had my reservation wrong when I first got there, but it was quickly fixed when I showed them my expedia itinerary. Also, breakfast is from 6:30-9:30. A few days it stopped at 8am because they had double booked a conference. So hours of service are variable. Other than those few things, it was a pretty nice place. The room was clean, spacious, big tv, almost all ammenities, but no internet. The pool was closed the whole time we were there (6 days). Not sure if that was because it was cold outside or if somehting was wrong, but it wasn't cleaned either. The hot tub was warm enough and clean, but no bubbles, just a jet that doesn't ever turn off.

| Not a bad place to stay. The heated pool was never "heated", the hot tub was decent when they set the temperature right. I called for the maintainence guy a lot. Had problems with our key a few times. The laundry room takes quarters but no change machine and the front desk never had change. When ever we had a problem late at night with the "card key" you had to yell through the security window to wake her up to get a new card. The house cleaning staff and everone else were very nice and accomodating. The continental breakfast was better than most. The room was large with couch, fridge, hair dryer, coffee maker, everything. Unless the temperature is warm enough to go to the beach there isn't much to do except go to Fort Clinch, and mostly historical stuff. We drove to St. Augustine one day and Orlando a couple of times. The price was resonable and even though it may sound like we had a lot of problems, it really wasn't bad at all. 10% of aggrevation and 90% was just fine.

| The room was just OK, not great. We were there in the off season, so maybe they were taking this opportunity to make improvements.
