| My husband and I stayed at this hotel while visiting Chicago for a romantic weekend. We were very impressed with the service we recieved from all the staff. The doormen were always quick to catch us a cab, open the door for us, or point us in the right direction we needed to go. We were surprised to get back to our room each evening to find our bed turned down and some candy for us to enjoy laying on our pillow. This is definetly a great place to stay for business or pleasure.

| We stayed here for our 10th anniversary and I would definitely go again. Very comfortable rooms, bed was excellent, great pillows, quiet rooms, wonderful bath and toiletries A++. Also great decor. The lobby is nice, though smaller than it looks on the website. The wine reception is also nice.

| Great location - one block from State St and 2 blocks from Michigan Ave. Has decent restaurant on site and close to others. No views. Better than average rooms and service with internet access.
