| Very clean hotel, close to all--Waikiki, International Marketplace, Galleria Shopping, great stores. Even has a swimming pool. Folks working there are very nice. We extended checkout, so spent more time at the beach prior to our flight home. Pay parking available, but there is also a shuttle to and from airport for $9 per person.

| This hotel's overall location on 'the strip' at Kalakaua Ave provides quick access to shopping, food, night life, and of course the Waikiki beach. Room size and condition was good, and the service was great. On the flip side, the water from the faucet smelled stale unless you ran it for 30 seconds. Luckily this did not occur with the shower. Parking spaces were very limited and at $13/day, becomes a significant add-on bill. The 'overflow' parking area was only a block away but one level of this garage seemed to be used as a trash storage and smelled as much. Lastly, no broadband or wireless internet access makes this hotel a tough choice for business travellers. As a stopgap, there are pay-by-the-minutes internet kiosks in the lobby for general use and recent news articles hinted at widespread wireless availability in the future (6-12 months).

| The hotel was generally clean and comfortable, but nothing special. The location is good - close to the beach and the restaurants/shopping. The elevators are badly coordinated, forcing you to wait for a long time. But otherwise, no complaints.

| We stayed at the Ohana for 3 nights while looking for wedding locations. It was ideally located, inexpensive and clean. We got our room bumped up to a partial city view which was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaints were that the "Business center" with high speed internet in the lobby was 2 coin-operated pc's. (Internet isn't that costly, and should be free for guests), and that it was a little noisy due to demolition next door (not their fault). The walls are a little thin too, so noisy neighbours will make your stay less enjoyable. Parking is a squeeze, and limited, so reserve if you can

| We booked through expedia to stay our last night in Waikiki.I had researched a lot of hotels, and it was pretty much what I expected for the money. The location is excellent for shopping, and it is about a block and a half from the beach. There is a Starbuck's and Sub sandwich shop right downstairs. The pool is nondescript, and not deep (four feet tops), good for the little ones I guess. We just hung out for a couple of hours before we went to dinner. There is a cute little bar by the pool area that will let you take out your drinks. I didn't see any cocktail waitress service. As for the rooms, pretty basic; I had booked two rooms and thought we would automatically get adjoining rooms, but the desk said that it hadn't been requested. So remember to specify on your reservations if you want adjoing, or at least the same floor. She was able to put us on the same floor but at opposite ends! As we were only staying the night it was no big deal. The bathrooms were very small. Only a stand-up shower. So beware. Our beds were a bit hard and the pillows felt like postage stamps, but maybe that was just our room. The desk staff was very helpful and accommidating, although there didn't seem to be any bell service. All in all, a decent hotel, but there is no way we could stick it for a week.
