| Requested roll-away, they didn't get me one and ran out. Wanted to prepare a pallet to replace it, they produced *1* extra pillow (no more blankets, sheets, anything). Room was freezing when we arrived, took forever to warm up. Breakfast was bare minimum.

| This hotel (motel) has big rooms with all the promised amenities but the stained furniture and floors were a big disappointment. I spent most of the evening trying to keep my toddler off the suspiciously stained sofas
