| The location of this hotel makes it easy to get around. Easy to walk to other parts of the city, especially Stanley Park.

| We have had a very nice experience at this Marriot. This was our 2nd time and I would say they have come up a star in quality all around. Great room service, Restuarant service and food was fantasic. Room had a beautiful view and was very clean.

| I've stayed at dozens of hotels and several Marriotts over the years and this is one of the nicer ones I've been to for the money. We got a room for a great price at the last minute thanks to Expedia. When we arrived, the hotel was totally sold out, but our room was still a nice one with a good view of the water and mountains as well as some city lights. The beds were very comfortable and had lots of extra pillows. My wife had a cold, and the staff rushed more kleenex right up to the room, along with some bathrobes for lounging around. They were happy to recommend local places that delivered food. We spent 3 days there, and most of that time was spent in the room. It was a great place to stay and I'd recommend it.

| We enjoyed five nights in the Marriott Vancouver Pinnacle Downtown. The Concierge was helpful many times booking restaurants and activities. It's an easy walk to Canada Place and the float planes. Robson Street, Gastown and Stanley Park aren't much further. We felt safe walking around Downtown Vancouver.

| I stay in Vancouver frequently. For the same money (and in some cases, less), there are numerous other hotels in downtown Vancouver that provide nicer accomodations.

| Our reservation requesting adjoining rooms, was not reserved. But on our arrival and discovery, the hotel was very accommodating to meet our request to the best of their ability. We got rooms near each other and were very satisfied with their response.

| Our experience at the Pinnacle was reasonable. We were looking for the best price, and got it there. Location is well withing walking disatance of most everything in Downtown, although you seem pretty isolated in the evenings if walking. We expected a few more frills in the bathroom, such as bathrobes, but basically it was good, clean accommodation. Our biggest complaint was $15 a day for an internet connection (There was a weekly rate, but they didn't tell us that), and the fact that most of the parking was reserved (with no one parking in the spaces).

| Clean, comfortable, and the staff are helpful and friendly. A little bit out of the way, not real close to the shops/restaurants on Robson, but not too far either.
