| Decent hotel. It's not the closest hotel to the Mall of America but still convenient. All was fine except the description led me to believe that there were two separate rooms - bed and living; it's one room, just distinct areas. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

| This was a good place to go for a weekend away. The room was great and the free breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly and we had no problems during our stay.

| While we enjoyed our stay and would probably return, their pool was open but the water very cloudy and had an off taste to the water - decided not to swim in it. The staff was accomidating and in the midst of a busy Saturday morning, worked at keeping up the hot breakfast supplies. I mention this as we have stayed at motels that have not done this and made one feel like you were imposing on them to ask for more supplies.

| The hotel was very nice and clean and all other amenities are as stated on the website, but I wouldn't call 1/2 a wall "separate living and sleeping quarters". We were very disappointed that there wasn't truly a separate area for the kids to go to bed so we could stay up and watch TV, talk, without keeping them awake. Very misleading!

| Pool was pretty small but the hot tub was very nice and the hotel staff was excellent. Suggested a great place to eat and answered many of our questions.

| The hotel was good, everyone was very nice. The one thing that was not good was the pull out bed. It was the worst mattress. So if you are not going to be sleeping on the pull out then I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

| Large rooms, desk with high-speed internet access, mini-frig and microwave are nice features for the business traveler. Also major retail stores and the usual chain restaurants literally two minutes away.

| This hotel is really close to the Mall of America, and as a perk I didn't even know about they offered a shuttle to the mall and other places around the area!!

| the only thing we didn't care for, was that the pool is right at the front of the hotel by the check in. The only good thing (we thought) was that while you're eating breakfast in the morning, you can let the kids swim and still keep you eye on them. Otherwise who wants to be swimming while people are checking in/out, or up front waiting for their rides, etc.? That was the only draw back we saw. otherwise the rooms are great, but the pull out couch is really lumpy. We would suggest getting a room with two beds instead of using the pull out couch. even our 6 year old complained of how lumpy that mattress was!

| I found the personnel to be extremely friendly and helpful. I had a leaky faucet - which I didnot report- however while I was out during the day it was repaired with a note left appoligizingfor the inconvenience. I found the location really convenient to and from the freeway -- good restaurants extremelyconvenient. The breakfast was great -- wellorganized and maintained. Choice of USA today and the local St. Paul paper. (and WSJ)

| Overall, i was very impressed with this hotel. The rooms were very nice and clean. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. I was not impressed with the fitness room. The treadmill was old, and not in very good condition.
