| Very comfortable hotel. The staff was very attentive. I like the free breakfast and free happy hour. I would definetely stay at this chain of hotels again in the future.

| This was a great place to end our San Fran trip. Close to the airport and rental car return. Great size rooms for people with kids. Great breakfast to start our morning everything my child could want was there or cooked to order as part of our room rate. She loved the coy ponds around the hotel. We were disappointed at the pool. It was beautiful but was being repaired because of the boiler was broken. However I would highly recommend it for travelers with or without families.

| The Embassy Suites Hotel was extraordinary! I was delighted with the service. The room was lovely, faced the water and was extremely private. The atrium in the center of the hotel was beautiful and relaxing. Happy hour was enjoyable and the hotel offered quick efficient room service.

| Everything about the hotel is exactly as written, however all the rooms are built around a courtyard and there is a bar/dance place down stairs where they have weddings, etc. and on Saturday night the band did not finish until 1 a.m., then there was cleanup....not my idea of a restful night

| The hotel was very busy, with many arrangements for several customers, and was fully booked. Unfortunally that showed on the cleaning. The room wasent cleaned properly, especially the floor. They didnt waccum for 5 days at all. Besides that, everything else was fine. Good service, shuttle transportation, happy hour, breakfast, morning paper, etc. A place worth going back to.

| Room was large with a nice view, but a bit too loud and (at least my room) suprisingly dirty. I found it too far from the city but great proximity to airport.

| Overall the hotel was a good one. Three sinks in the room, large refrigerator, real glasses and coffee cups. But little things irritated. Parking was difficult to almost impossible in the evenings because of other hotel functions (wedding receptions, etc.) Elevator on one side was broken for most of one day. Air conditioning quit one morning, complained when we called for a third time, telling us it was fixed but did not call room to check. Housekeeping failed to leave enough glasses and towels for all in the room. No towels at the pool in the middle of the day. Still breakfast buffet was excellent as was the coffee. Rooms were quiet but could have used better pillows, really flat. Convenient to San Francisco and Palo Alto.

| I stayed there for business and found the quality/upkeep of the room to be far less than i expected. The plumbing pipes in the bathroom sounded like they would explode when i turned on the faucets, wallpaper was coming off walls in the bathrooms, the bedroom cabinets were falling apart, and tv remotes didnt work. Since i did not spend a lot of time in the room, it didnt bother too much. If i were staying there for pleasure, i would have reconsidered.

| A great view, beautiful atrium, great breakfast. Only negative was the loud music all night from a dance bar which one can feebly hear through the rooms but fun anyway.

| We loved the inside, the way it was like an atrium. The breakfast buffet included with room was excellent! Large selection of food, hot and cold. The restaurant inside the hotel was a bit pricey. We opted for ordering pizza. The delivery of pizza to the room was a plus.

| Decent room, decent service, free happy hour, free breakfast buffet. For the price, you can't go wrong. Not a five star accomodation, but you're not paying for one either!

| This hotel has a night club whos doors open into the atrium. Untill very late at night, any time that someone would go in or out of the hotel would just blast the whole hotel with loud music. It woke my kids up more then once. Breakfast was good. They are in the middle of renovating, some rooms had new beds, ours didn't.

| Very comfortable accomodations. King bed in separate area and pull out sofa for our 4yrold and enough room for a crib in the adjacent area. But all for the price of one room. Lots of pool activity as it turns out local families come here to celebrate birthdays with the whole birthday party. Great gourmet type restaurant but also has kids menu!!! Nice courtyard with water attractions but a bit crowded for the free morning breakfast buffet. Good breakfast food but it was hard to find a table at 9am. Perhaps because there was a wedding the previous night. Nice walk along the bay the next morning. Highly recommend this one.

| This hotel contracts their "wireless broadband" with vLINK, which they heavily tout and cost $10 a day. But THREE days out of THREE that I was there, the service went limp in the morning (not dead, just limp), very frustrating if you are trying to do business. If it is totally dead then you'd find a Starbucks or a Kinkos, but when it connects one minute and then not the next (after it takes your money) and then it crawls..... AGHH!!!! Hotel is great except for that.

| While the common areas are beautiful, the rooms leave much to be desired. The furniture is quite used and the bathroom was in need of a much-needed facelift and mildew removal. Also, I'm sure that my perception of the hotel was colored by the fact that it appeared that dirty sheets were left on the pullout couch, and given that there were old fast food wrappers left in the trash can in the bedroom.
