| We stayed here for a 4 day stay and I have to say it was alot more comfortable than I had thought. The bathroom was a little "run down" but the bed was comfortable, the pillows were actually pillows and not flattened pancakes. The front desk was inexperienced but helpful and we only heard minimun noise from the people in rooms next to us. I am going back out to california soon and plan on staying at this hotel again, it is so close to the 55 freeway. The microwave and fridge in the room helped us keep our food cost low which was a big plus.

| Don't bother asking for service. You'll just waste your time. I asked for housekeeping at 2:15 but maid didn't come until 4:25. Did minimal work. No apologies from anybody. They don't replenish TP or the 1 pocket pack of tissues. Didn't make up bed completely each day. Room reeked of dog pee. Carpet had large brown stains like dog stuff.

| Front Desk check-in was handled by 2 very inexperienced young men who were not sure of anything concerning an Expedia reservation.
