| Room preparation apparently wasn't completed although we had arrived near midnight. Toilet was dirty, drawers were left open, empty bottle + were visible under the dresser. Only one plastic cup in room. only 1 wash cloth. No coffee available in the lobby. Requested 1st floor room (for senior convenience), ended up on 3rd floor at the very end of the building.

| Pillows covers were crumpled and used! Shampoo bottle was open and used. No tissue box. Tissue roll was almost finished! When complained to the front desk they promptly provided just the shampoo but no change in rest of the things I mentioned above. Only think I liked about the hotelw as access to internet and the breakfast!

| The employees were extremely friendly. They couldn't do enough to help you. The hotel was located in a very convienent place. The room was clean. The continental breakfast was served in a pleasant room. The price for the hotel was better than excellent.

| We were in my Husbands home town of Milwaukee Wis for his Grandfathers 90th birthday. Staying at the Baymont in Wis or anywhere in the USA makes us feel like we never left home. Stay there and find out for yourself, and once you stay at a BayMont Motel you'll never stay any where else.
