Well, I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights and my hotel room was well maintained. My complaint is the extra charge to my credit card for incidentals that was never used and still has not been credited back to my account.

This was a last minute trip and we weren't looking to spend a lot of money. The price of the room was excellent; however, the hotel itself could use some work. Some things looked pretty worn but other than that, it was okay. The location is nice since you're close enough to all of the shopping and dining on International Drive without getting stuck in all of the traffic! I think it could be a wonderful hotel with a little work.

For our purposes it fit the need. The room proper was fine, the beds were comfortable. Would've rated higher if just considering main room. The bathroom walls had been recently painted albeit a 'little' sloppily and the ceiling still needed to be completed.

The room was a nice size and clean. However, it smelled of old cigarette smoke which was a bit irritating. The smell was through out the area we stayed in. The toilet was loose and banged against the wall when it was sat on. The hotel could be better with a little maintenance.

I never thought we could get a room so cheap, so close to I-Drive. This place is great for the family on a budget going to Orlando. If you just need a place to sleep in between your daily activities, this is the spot.

Very old hotel, needs big time renovation. Big stains on the carpet in the room. The room was too cold when we arrived, turned the heater on and the smell coming out of the AC was unbearable. We had to turn it off. Requested a king size bed during reservation, received a room with 2 double beds. This hotel should be better based on what you pay for.

The rooms in the hotel were large and the beds were comfortable. The room was cleaned everyday and looked very clean expect for the lack of hoovering. We got fresh towels and toiletries each day. There is no elevator which is fine as it only has a ground and 1st floor but we had massive bags that we had to carry up them which was difficult. Breakfast was nice but wasnt always the hottest plus if you go up IDrive about 5mins you'll find an all you can eat resturant which is cheaper and bigger selection. Staff were all friendly and helpful especially front desk and attractions desk. Would recommend the attrractions desk for your tickets if havent previously booked. Had a fab time and would go back.

It is true this hotel is located at a great area but you will be sorry when you get to your room and can't sleep because of the smell, mold, roaches, dirty pillows, sheets and horrible bathroom . Next time I will stay in a better hotel even if I have to pay a little more.

First my room was not ready at check in time and we had a dinner reservation, they wanted for us to get ready for our reservations in a dirty room. When we finally got the rooms the A/C was not working in one of them so we had to transfer to another room so at the end the rooms were apart from each other and one of the rooms had a stained cover. I`m overall not satisfied with this hotel but it`s cheap and close to universal studios florida.

This hotel is right where you want to be. Ten minutes from Universal Theme Park and twenty minutes away from Disney. This hotel is surrounded by every food place you could want, malls everywhere and anything else your heart desires. The hotel bar is great but I wouldn't eat at the buffet. Too expensive and not many choices to choose from when you have other places to eat near by for less. Hotel provides shuttles to theme parks also so no more paying for parking.

Most personel were very friendly, however the desk manager could have used some lessons in her person skills. Over all, the hotel was adequate for a low rating hotel. The only main problem was ALL the carpets in the hallways were coming up - leaving waves and rolls of carpet to walk on. I saw this as a major safety issue.
