| We were on a three day weekend trip to Philadelphia and had to leave the hotel during the second night. Already the first night was noisy due to a high school event on this day. The next day a college party took place in one of the conference rooms. The music was so load, that we could barely follow the TV on the second floor. In addition some people in the neighbor suite used their room for a party, so that at least 20 people were in this room during the time. Since we had a busy next day we asked the hotel staff at 11:00 PM if they could turn the music down or accomodate us with different rooms. They were sold out and told us that people in the conference room payed thousand of dollars to book this room. They als were not able to resolve the problem with the party next door and people contiued to walk in and out while talking loudly. The night manageer did not pick up the phone and the front desk clerk did not help us finding a new hotel room. We decided to leave shortly after.

| The hotel was clean and the rooms were nice. The beds could have been more comfortable. Several times I called the front desk or room service, and the time it took for the phone to be answered bordered on unacceptable.

| The beds were so very comfortable, slept so well and it was also close to Valley Forge where we spent 2 hours.

| Stayed here three nights for a convention; desk staff was minimally helpful and the restaurants in the hotel were below average. If you come here, you better rent a car or you will be stuck with only two dinner choices and one for breakfast and lunch. Convention center is scattered and difficult to navigate for a large conference.

| Overall the hotel was very nice and well kept. It is a convention center so there was a bit of noise late at night but that's to be expected. Our room was very cozy. The heating/air conditioning unit was extremely loud and we didn't get a lot of sleep that night...I'm hoping that's not typical of all the rooms in the hotel. We didn't ask to switch rooms because it was very late at night when the system started acting up. Also, to that point the front desk had not been at all helpful on any account.

| I was here on business and I would highly recommend it to anybody going to the Valley Forge area. The rooms are huge, very quiet, with good internet access and close to the mall.

| The staff was very nice and helpful. We didn't hear anything outside of our room, considering there was prom going on. The room was large and very clean as well.

| The very larger room we were first given was great except that it had a strong smoke odor (and we had requested non-smoking). We were quickly offered a second room (would have been nice if the key card worked the first time and we didn't need to go back to the desk a third time). This room was fine & we enjoyed the double Jacuzzi. However, sections of the hallway had a bad odor. I admittedly have a sensitive nose but even my husband complained about the room and the hallway.

| The room I stayed in had the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in in a hotel. It's actually more comfortable than the one I have at home. The rooms were very clean, the service was great, & I hope to get to stay there again.

| Excellent and friendly staff. Very clean and organized. Good choice of onsite restaurants and entertainment. Attached to VF Conv Cntr, across street from VF Nat'l Park, 1 mile from nice mall, complimentary shuttle, wireless internet...cannot ask for more!

| We were very impressed with this hotel, both with the comfort and amenities as well as the location. And on top of it all, the rates were far less than nearby hotels. We would definitely stay here again.
