| My reservations stated I was bringing my small dog. When I checked in, the dog was in the car, because it was easier to check in without a dog leash wrapped around my ankles. I was given the key to my room, so I unloaded a couple of things and went back for my dog and the rest of my luggage. When I brought in my luggage and my dog, the clerk canceled my room key and said I "wasn't allowed to stay in that room" because I didn't tell him I had a dog. I told him my reservation stated I had a dog. He acted like I had done something wrong and chastised me in front of other patrons. I had to gather my belongings in the first room and move them and the dog to another room, which was very cumbersome and annoying. Assigning my room was not my responsibility . . . it was his responsibility. I didn't appreciate his treatment.

| Nice, new hotel. Continental breakfast was lacking a bit, but otherwise quite satisfied. Very close to airport and they do have a shuttle service if needed. However you need reservations and they said it would be at least 30 minutes so we took a cab instead.

| Minimal but neat & clean. No fridge or coffee maker. Coffee available in lobby, and breakfast bar too. Much better than other similar motels. Only 2 nearby restaurants. Good discount through Expedia.

| I've stayed in several hotels in Rexburg and this one was the best that I've found in the area. Room was clean and comfortable; exercise facilities were in good condition; and pool and jacuzzi were attractive.

| Breakfast was good. They were short on maid held and called early two mornings to ask if they could leave our room uncleaned. We agreed. They provided clean towels each day.

| The room was small but I prefer to call it "cozy." It was very clean and everything was in working order. The window seat arrangement was nice with the right half of the window a screen window. The room heater ran quietly and was more than adequate. What really got me was FREE unlimited long distance calling to anywhere in the continental U.S.. Plus the shuttle is only $6 if reserved thru the front desk. Very economical place to stay with free coffee/tea 24/7, free newspaper and breakfast, and the lowest room rates I could find in the area for a modern lodging. Will return.

| We arrived 11pm at night only to find out there was an $18 charge for the shuttle from the airport(1 mi). My rate for a 1 night stay just increased by over 30%!! That was a very unexpected surprise, plus the night desk person had a bad disposition which did not help the situation at all.

| This is just the place if you're looking for a place to stay at the lowest possible cost. On the plus side, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, breakfast is included, and the hotel is convenient to anything you might want to do. On the minus side, the only other amenity is wireless internet and a computer in the lobby. There's no coffee maker in the room, no mini bar, no hot tub if you're there to ski. Plus, the north-south runway at the airport is right outside your window. While you can almost see the faces in the airplane windows, you also have a dynamite view of the Wasatch range. If you want cost-effective lodging, this is for you. If you have other criteria you might want to look further.

| Nothing spectacular but efficient for price charged. Clean, quiet and no frills. Continental breakfast was simple and staff were polite. Also had an Internet PC for hotel guests in the lobby which was a pleasant convenience as I was having difficulties with my own laptop.

| Not a bad place to stay for a nite or two - my small room seemed bigger with the clever window seat which was a great place sit while reading. Breakfast sorta skimpy but coffee and juice fine. Free use of internet in the lobby was nice.

| This was exactly as advertised in previous reviews. I needed a place to stay for the night prior to catching a flight the next day. The room reminded me of a college dorm, just a bit smaller. It is close to the airport and a value proposition. I would not want to stay there a week due to the size of the room. It would be claustraphobic for more than one person in there at a time.

| Breakfast that was served was meager. Room was very basic and very small. Had several phone calls incoming and half the time the front desk staff were not there (running around in other areas of the hotel) to answer. Sevral of my clients complained of this. Internet service is one PC, in the lobby that was being used by kids around the clock. Would not stay there again unless it was the only place in town.

| This hotel requires a room deposit in case anything is missing or broken when you leave. The internet service was only available in the rooms and interfered with the tv reception on some channels. The phone didn't work because there wasn't a power cord. Ice machine was out of order except on 1st floor (three story hotel). The stopper in the sink didn't work which is essential for someone wearing contacts. Needless to say we weren't impressed.
