| Maid service wasn't the best. Resturant was in the process of changing owners. They didn't have a lot of the items on the menu. The bar didn't havew a liquor license yet.

| This hotel was conveniently located and easy access to the beaches. We had difficulty checking in at 1AM in the morning due to the fact that the person in front of us had their room given to someone else. I thought that perhaps we could have been checked in quicker than a half hour since there were 2 staff people on duty.

| This hotel has great staff & Great service. They are working on opening a new restaurant on the top floor with a spectacular view of the Bay & Marina. It will have a lounge, Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner. I stay at this hotel often, they have the best rates for the best product.

| Hotel was run down, poor condition, and over-priced. Very disappointing. We had a large group. Reservations were screwed up. One of the rooms was flooded.

| Enjoyed the stay. However, due to remodeling and only one elevator for such a large hotel, I had long waits to use the one. When I checked out another elevator was being placed in service. A restaurant on the 11th floor would be a great addition. Looking forward to a return visit.

| One elevator was out-of-service and the others took forever to come. Breakfast not much to talk about (juice and cold cereal).

| Bayfront views with slider door to narrow balcony. Great! Wonderful thick pillows. Tasteful decor; clean and not overdone.

| This hotel was okay for business but had some wear and tear about it. There was a slight musty smell but considering how close to the ocean it was it was understandable.The seafood restaurant across the street was great for dinner.
