| I would say overall it's a pretty average hotel. Other than the third floor all of the rooms are outdoors. If your door faces west outside, in the afternoon you will have to deal with some pretty hot doorhandles. The breakfast offered in the morning is good however and the staff is generally attentive.

| The staff was very friendly and personable. The room was clean and bed comfortable. We also enjoyed the breakfast it had a nice selection of food and the hot food was hot. Would definatley stay again.

| For a few bucks more than a 1 start hotel, you get a free hot breakfast, free shuttle service to and from the airport, a fitness center, arcade, and a pool.

| The park and fly service was courteous and as scheduled. They responded quickly on the return pick-up from the airport.

| This hotel was very nice to stay in, the room was very neat and kept clean, the lobby where you eat breakfast is a little cramped depending on how many people are there but the food is worth it. Excellent breakfast buffet, love it. Pool was freezing cold the whole time we were there and got leaves and dirt in it very fast. But this hotel was great and i will come back the next time i am there.

| Room was nice but needed a little mold remover. Otherwise the hotel staff and overall service was great. Recommend this hotel for the price.

| Very nice staff. Excellent fluffy pillows. The airport shuttle is 24-hours, which is great, as some of the other airport hotels don't run their shuttles early enough for 6 am flights. My only complaints were that their wi-fi internet wasn't working (though the woman at the front desk offered to let me use the front desk computer) and the room was a little too deodorized. And no Comedy Central :-( But otherwise good.

| Located a block away from I-270, this hotel offers easy access to St. Louis at a very reasonable price. Don't expect luxury or grandeur... expect to stay in a cheap, comfortable room. I will definitely stay here again... :)

| It's nothing special, but the staff was helpful. I needed to go on-line and print my SW Airline boarding passes for the next day. The customer computer printer didn't work. The staff helped me by using their hotel computer. It took a while, but I was grateful. It took two tries to follow directions from the airport--it involved threading through expressway entraces and exits, and it's not easy to see the sign except from the freeway. The room had that funny motel smell, but it was otherwise clean and comfortable.

| Dark closset like lobby. Felt like I always needed to look over my shoulder (concern for safety). Had too exit building to use the elevator. No place to see and talk in lobby. No restrant. No bar. On the plus side: The room was clean and quiet, the TV worked fine and the hotel shuttle bus was good

| When my family and I return to St. Louis we will stay at this hotel, period. Location was close to a lot of restaurants, high-speed internet in rooms really helped out this tech-savvy family, and overall room/bed comfort was superb!

| Stayed first night and was satisfied. Nice room, good shower. Came back a few days later and stayed in a different room. The TV made a buzzing noise, the alarm clock wasn't working properly, the shower pressure was horrible.

| We had daily problems with key card, no shower curtain, and malfuctioning light. Breakfast items ran out before time frame was over. Only assistance given was "We can change your room"

| The hotel was not in good repair and the accommodations were very uncomfortable. The level of cleanliness was unacceptable. The only positive feature was the free shuttle to the airport.

| When I went to the first room assigned, the door hydraulic mechanism at the top was was barely hanging on to the door, and the rivets were outside. The inside lock was not securely attached to the door. The second room assigned still needed the inside lock tightened, which I did for no additional cost. The coffee pot had mold growing in the resovior, which was replaced during the day. The staff was helpful in resolving the issues, however I believe that lack of room maintenance of this location speaks more clearly to me.

| The hotel was nice. It has just been freshly painted from top to bottom. The personel were really nice. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. We will definately stay here in the future.
